Great capabilities, some flaws
There's quite a bit this system does. One could write several pages on the various attributes of this amazing game system, but I'm going to try keep this summary to a manageable number of paragraphs. To preface my review, I am the owner numerous handheld retro systems and prefer to play 80s and 90s arcade games. I'm less excited by the home console emulation aspect, so this review is more tilted towards coin-op arcade titles since that is my area of primary interest. This is the best emulator for retro arcade-style games I have ever played. It has a very deep collection of MAME roms. The controls are very responsive and configurable, making this handheld device the closest thing to owning the actual arcade system. There are quite a few titles that repeat, as there is more than one on-board arcade emulation program included within. Additionally, most of the 30000+ titles are concentrated in the home/handheld console genre. That said, the number of retro arcade games you can play here is pretty astounding. Most of the roms function perfectly out of the box. Some of them, unfortunately, will not load. All of the components in this system are pretty high quality. The display is vivid and generous. The controls work remarkably well. The hardware runs arcade titles and most of the older home console games to perfection. The only real disappointment is with the Dreamcast and Nintendo 64 games. They really stutter and lag to an unacceptable degree. If you are wishing to buy this for either one of those systems, I'd advise against it.As I mentioned, there are an insane number of games available. There's a huge number of titles for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum computer. Those aren't really playable unless you get a BT keyboard linked up with the RGB10. There are also many duplicate/alternative versions of the same game on every platform. To say there are 30,000 games is a bit misleading. Nevertheless, there is an astounding number of unique titles that nobody in their right mind would get through, even if they played it every day for five years. The interface is very complex, multi-layered, and highly configurable. It can be a bit intimidating if you're new to this sort of emulator. I definitely think you have to be a "professional" retro gamer to truly appreciate the capabilities of the RGB10 Max2. It's just a great all-around system despite having some flaws that may disappoint gamers who are more into the late 1990s home consoles. All things considered, I don't regret spending the money for this product. I've been looking for a top-notch arcade emulator and this one is the best I've seen yet.

Low quality fun
This thing is pretty cool, but here are the main things that made me return it.The material quality. I can't stand the buttons and the plastic feel. This feels more like a toy than a handheld console. The UI. While I understand you can do a fair amount if customization, it's just was not worth my time to do so. Everything just feels too cheap.Rom bugs. Some of the roms had issues saving. And when starting a rom back up, it may or may not let you reload your save file. For the money. This really isn't a bad product. But my standards are too high. I just don't enjoy cheap products anymore.

Great for retro gaming.
Overall I like the the handheld. It's pretty light and comfortable. The right and left shoulder buttons are a nice touch. The only draw back for me is the left side of the screen seems to heat up...a lot. Not sure if this is known but it seems that it could be a problem with prolonged use.

Best handheld for Emulating up to PS1
This can be daunting to set up when it first arrives, but is pretty straightforward after a few google searches. I recommend purchasing a new SD card from a well know manufacturer (SanDisk, Samsung, etc.). From there you can download your own firmware and games. I have RetroOz installed in my two.One of my mate’s birthdays was coming up so I purchased both colors and swapped the buttons. Separate button colors and cases can be bought separately on PowKiddy’s AliExpress store.Great resources for setting this up are Retro Game Corps on YouTube and r/sbcgaming.

Difficult to navigate
Bought for my 7 year old son and it is very hard to navigate. He gets very aggravated and no longer plays with it due to how complicated it is.

Just What I've Been Looking For!
This handheld game system is great! It has a ton of classic games that most people will remember fondly. All sorts of classic consoles, like the NES, Super NES, Sega Genesis, and Game Boy Advance. The screen is big and the speakers are loud and clear. Great placement of the directional pad and buttons. After a full charge, the battery last for awhile. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. I have been playing a lot of classic games every day since I got this. Totally worth the money. I highly recommend this to any person who wants to play all their favorite classic games again, all in one package.

It's AIGHT
Powkiddy is well known for releasing cheap, unfinished products. However, I saw review after review on YT claiming this was the exception. It feels very cheap. The original layout launcher looked great until I rebooted and it just went away. The 30k games it comes with are mainly unknown titles, don't have sound, crash, or don't work at all. The battery life is NOT 8 hours. More like 3-4. I received mine last night and within 3hrs I had set up to return it. Was VERY excited to get it. I recommend getting a solid emulator handheld that doesn't come with anything so you can make it the way you want it. Once it is already built like this one it makes it harder to work around. Buy a PS Vita, Nintendo 3Ds, or buy an older Pixel phone w/ a Bluetooth controller and make your own.
