These were very helpful with travel to area with lots of insects. They are attractive, comfortable, thick (but not hot) and I did not get any blisters. They seem to have deterred bug bites, as I did not get any nibbles on my legs!

Amazing socks, thick and durable enough to be comfortable, perfect size, have lasted well over 50+ miles of hiking and backpacking without thinning or tearing. No insect bites in or around the feet, I can't directly say that's because of the socks, but it is true, well worth the money if your looking for Permethrin gear. Great product, thank you so much.

With the increase of ticks and tick borne diseases these make me feel better protected while doing my yardwork. Not boundary ticks on me since I started using these.

Only used once so far. They are thin but seemed to be comfortable and no ticks detected. I gave a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 because I question how well they will hold up to multiple use and washing.

These worked well in the woods of Massachusetts that are known for ticks. I would recommend and I plan to buy more!

They are comfortable and come up over cargo pants or jeans and stay up. The bugs don't like them. I use them only when I have to go into deep woods and swampy areas, because they say to wash them separately from your other clothes, and they DON'T say what they're using. I have to make myself remove them when I go inside, because they're so comfortable. They say they last through hundreds of washing - my socks never last that long! I've gotten the medium weight ones too, and they are fine when you're wearing boots.

If you work outdoors in the south, Insect Shield (or similar) clothing is a god-send. My wife and I have been wearing these socks (and pants and shirts) for many years. These socks reduce tick and chigger bites by 98%. They also keep their shape well. Highly recommend.
