Ok price, but not reliable.
This docking station is okay for low or smaller 2.5" drives. You will run into issues docking enterprise drives. The dock will vibrate with 7200rpm drives. I have had many instances where 7200rpm 3.5" drives become un-detected after a few minutes of running.

It works fine
It is compact and takes up little space. I like the two lights that show that it is on and when it is working. It seems fast and has worked with two different internal drives I had laying around. Everything I needed was in the box. It is important to be careful when sliding a drive into it to make sure the plugs line up. I like it.

If it works, it's great.
When I first used the device, the drive was not recognized by my computer. Looked to tech support and I couldn't find any. Not even sure who made the drive. So I fiddled with it, and it finally recognized the device after I turned it on and off several times real quick. Why that worked I have no idea, but I couldn't find any tech support to help me debug my issue. I was using it to read some old hard drives from my old XP tower computers. I did eventually get to those old files (pictures) I was trying to save.

it's good for the basics.
Windows only recognizes it as an SCSI connection, not an USB 3 connection. The 2TB drive that works with my other docks didn't work with this one but a different one did, the 500GB HDD laptop drive didn't fit in the slot and I had to hold the door down but it did work.I tried an SanDisk SSD but this dock didn't recognize it at all, might be a formatting issue.if you just need basic transfer or backups this might work.
