I honestly love the quality of these headphones, but the ear cushions are very cheap and possibly "faulty."They were great in the beginning when I received my 1st pair for Christmas one year and then something managed to get jammed into the ear cushion of the headphones where I had contacted the company themselves where they told me they would do a 1-time return and sent a replacement for free which happened to be the pair shown above which I was appreciative of...but this is the 2nd time an ear cushion has come off on these headphones.I had literally just set them down on the table and my finger slipped where it totally pushed the ear cushion off. I actually had to use this pair as my back-up for listening to music because my in-ear earbuds broke (1 works and the other one doesn't)...1.) Ear cushions should not come off that easily and 2.) These type of ear cushions are almost impossible to get back on the headphones themselves because the outline of the cushion is so thin that it's extremely hard to get it back on the earpiece correctly. Last time this happened to me, I spent almost over 20 minutes trying to get the ear cushion back on and I still couldn't put it back in place.
