It's what plants crave!
I've been using Azomite for years on my vegetables and... higher dollar plants. The name Azomite comes from it being the "A to Z of minerals." It's rock dust that comes from Utah and it contains tons of trace minerals that plants love. It doesn't contain NPK in significant amounts, so it's meant to be more of a supplement to your normal fertilizer or nutrients. Think of it sort of like a multivitamin for plants. It's definitely not necessary, but if you want the healthiest plants possible, it's great stuff to use.I mix it in with potting mix and even seed starting mix. I also use it to amend the soil in my in-ground beds and raised beds once a year.A little goes a long way, so this quantity will last years for most home gardeners. I'll never not have this in my supplement arsenal.I would recommend it to any somewhat serious gardener, but it's definitely not necessary.

Wonderful soil amendment
For the most part, I believe our flower and vegetable gardens are nutrient depleted. I bought many plants over the years, put them in my landscaped areas and watched them flounder or die. The owner of a local nursery told me about azomite and I purchased it. I have used it as directed, and my plants are doing much better. My vegetable garden has gone nuts. Whatever micronutrients are in this product are worth adding to my soil, along with a little bit of ash and a few coffee grounds.

Great for my plants
When I bought this, I didn't expect as much as I got! I wasn't expecting the bags to be so big. But it's powdered very well and easy to distribute over a large area. Plants seem to love it

A must for serious gardeners
Azomite makes such a difference in my garden and fruit trees here in Florida. I mix some in with every installation, and in my potting mixes. Once a year I work some into the top inches of soil around trees and plants. It makes for strong, healthy plants.

Hot weather
I order to see if will help my garden. We are having the hottest weather. Received the package, it was in a good box. The product was packaged very good. The plastic bags are very thick and strong. I will update later this fall.

Love it!
This seems like a very clean product, hopefully with mostly only calcium and magnesium, and far less contaminants like lead, cadmium, etc. It mixes well with water or sprinkles easily onto the soil. I'm very happy with it, though like powders, you need to take care on a windy day!

Excellent
Came well packaged in four 5-pound bags, each well sealed for convenient use. (Each bag fits perfectly in a re-used Costco biscotti container with screw-on lid to make spreading and storing more convenient.) 20 lbs sounds like a lot, but I've already used 10 lbs to lightly topdress all the perennials, shrubs and apple tree in my small, suburban yard. Glad I got this bigger order at a good price and happy to have more on hand for new plants, to mix in with spring compost, as well as for summer containers and repotting houseplants.
