Storksak Kate Patent Diaper Bag, Black (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

I love the look and bought it as other reviews indicated it was VERY spacious, but I find that I cant close it most of the time with the items I'd like to take with me. The changing pad is great, but it takes up quite a bit of the space. Between that, a few diapers, water bottle, milk bottle and a spare set of clothing, there is barely room for snacks, some small toys, etc. that come quite handy when out for a whole day. Its a great bag if you are planning to carry another purse with you, but not if you want this to fit everything you are taking.

I am due with our second and my kids will be 14 months apart. I needed a functional diaper bag that I did not mind carrying for the next few years. I obsessively researched bags because I am pregnant and have tons of baby things from the last round. I totally spluged and bought this bag despite so few reviews and no stores carrying them on the floor. It came today and I am super happy with my decision. It is big enough for two kids and my stuff. It is stylish enough to retire the purse and carry just this bag. You could even use it for a work bag with a laptop. The straps are sturdy and comfortable and the construction is solid. The straps will not be pulling away from this bag. The pockets are generous and even full, it is still comfortable to carry unlike the heavy leather options.I was worried about the size of the changing pad, but unfolded; it is plenty large enough. I was glad to see that it had "feet" on the bottom to keep the corners from wearing. The only regret: the leather accents would be nicer in black or a little darker. They are real leather but look cheap because they are so bright....meh. I can live with that.

After a detailed and lengthy search for the perfect diaper bag I finally decided on the Storksak brand. I had seen Storksak bags in retail stores before and knew they were good quality and very functional. I was excited to find this discontinued bag at such a discounted price on Amazon. To my disappointment when it arrived it was clearly not a true Storksak. It is a very good replica, however, and if you are not familiar with the product details you may not even notice. 1.) no feet on bottom of bag 2.) pockets are not magnetic--they have traditional snaps that have a clasp sewn to the inside of the pocket. 3.) Tan accents are not real leather when it clearly states they are supposed to be. This bag was returned.

I've been using this diaper bag for 2 months & love it! I looked at several diaper bags online & in stores & finally settled on this one (other one I liked was the Storksak Olivia & another from Pottery Barn). I'm glad I settled on this one because of the cross body strap. It's so easy to throw it on when heading out of the house or getting out of the car & not having to worry about it slipping off my shoulder. The 2 straps are long enough to put on my shoulder when I need to though so a great option to have. Although I can carry a lot (usually diapers, wipes, changing pad, change of clothes, pacifiers, 2 burp cloths, bottles, my Hobo wallet & sunglasses), I always seem to wish I had a little more room. I think it'd get too heavy so is probably good it's not bigger. The only thing I haven't liked about this bag is that I try to slip a big water bottle for myself into one of the side pockets, & the material of the bag kind of sticks & makes it difficult to slide in & out. I'm so happy with this purchase though!

Just has my 4th boy in April & have been searching the perfect diaper bag for my newborn & toddler. I didn't want one that looked "diaper-baggish" with a patterned fabric. I normally carry a big tote purse but it's not convenient to take a huge purse & diaper bag. Needed something with organized sections on the inside & room for extra things for 2 small children. This bag is gorgeous & the inside is awesome to keep everything organized & lots of room! It has plenty of room for diapers/wipes, extra outfits, & anything else you'd like to take with you. The back pocket is perfect for tan iPad or tablet when traveling. Plus the feet on the bottom help protect the base of the bag from getting torn up. I love that it's a classic look & can double as my purse for awhile. My husband even thought it looked like a nice purse!

I love the look of this Diaper Bag....it looks nothing like it !!!I have used the Chalk in the past & love both of them though now the Black Patent is my first choice mainly becos of the fact that black does not mark easily.It holds a lot in its spacious organiser pockets & is a blessing daily & especially at airports.

Great bag. Spent lot of time looking for something classic. Going on two and a half years and still going strong. Money well spent!Only minor complaint: location of the key ring means you have to unzip the bag all the way to find your keys. If it was positioned at the front of the zipper this wouldn't be necessary.

Excellent quality. Perfect for my needs.still going strong and looks brand new after almost an year of regular use. Comes with a bottle sleeve which I use a lot. It also makes easier to carry the milk bottle by hand.
