I have been adding these seeds to smoothies, oatmeal, and yogurt and they’re really good quality. The mix of flax, chia, and hemp gives a nice texture without changing the flavor too much. These are very fresh. Almost sweet when you bite into them. Satisfying . If you soak them they almost become gel like and are filling. Full of fiber. Just sprinkle over anything or add to cereals or yogurt. Good product.

Very good combination mix of the ingredients, however for personal use I add extra chia and take a flaxseed supplement as well. But for the price and value of a mix, it's very good and helpful.
