Simple Houseware 2 Pack Under Shelf Basket, White

What I do like about them is that they reasonably priced. So if it didn't work out I wasn't losing to much money :) But as it turned out I really like them and glad I bought them.They are a little flimsy but I placed two sided by sided under the desk. I used those cable zip ties to tie them together and cut off the excess so they don't get in the way. It works perfectlly. The ties do make them more strudier and I have my paper right in front for easy access to my printers.One more thing these baskets were really bouncy and I was worried in time they would just fall off so we attached another zip tie to the back top wire and attached that to the under side of the desk with a thumbtack. Now this made them pretty strudy.

Don’t hold a lot, don’t stay tight enough to the shelf above to keep it flush with the shelf. Keeps the door slightly open. Tried on several shelves and none work. Any weight over 5 pounds pulls the basket further from the shelf.

Definitely fits the purpose it was intended for. I didn't want to place items directly on the microwave oven. Also didn't want to waste the space there. It was easy to assemble.Not the most sturdy but it's not really meant for heavy items I guess.The white paint has a slight chip as others have mentioned. Not sure of its durability. I suppose the chrome colours would have been better but I needed white to match the cabinets.Good value for money overall.

Very flimsy, didn't sit right on the shelf, and no way they were ever going to be reasonably level. I see one review where the person had to zip tie them, and if you have to do that, they aren't very stable out of the box. Unfortunately the ones I received I couldn't even zip tie because they didn't line up. The back panel wasn't long enough to have the sides straight, and the part that hangs on the shelf was bending just with the weight of the empty baskets. I've bought other stuff from this company and while cheaply made, have worked out nicely. These just don't work.

I will agree with some others who commented on the lack of sturdiness in these shelves. I received my order the other day and set them up right away. The immediate thing that I noticed was just how 'thin' the entire product is; they really aren't designed to hold anything of significant weight.However, while I will say that the shelving isn't exactly great, they served my intended purpose perfectly. I needed somewhere to store extra bags of spices (the leftovers from bulk bag purchases that won't fit in spice bottles) and the shelving was great for this. I thought I really only needed one shelf, but after putting up the first one decided to mount the second shelf in another cupboard...and it now stores away my reusable silicone bowl covers perfectly. So while these shelves aren't top quality, if you do need something to store lightweight items, these work very well.
