Well Made
Pleasantly surprised the handle is metal, not plastic like the one I am replacing. Seems very well made. Was easy to install and works great.

After a slight modification, it's working great with the Toto flapper
This is only Day 1, but so far so good. I have a twenty year old Toto toilet with no visible model stamp in the tank. The diagram for this one looked a lot like the failed part so I took a chance. I did have to slightly bend the rod to gain clearance around the installed Fluidmaster fill valve but, thereafter, I got an entirely satisfactory result. I, also, had to remove the black gasket that is intended for a snug fit into the tank lever hole because it was too large for my toilet.I had replaced the lever years ago at more than twice the price of this Jmkcoz part so that was a nice surprise in the midst of the current surge in inflation.

Worked on older toto with minor modifications
Works, installed on an older toto, about 15ish years old, but had to remove the rubber seat around the square hole, no issues after tightening. I did have to bend the bar into closer alignment with the chain on the existing (original) flapper to keep it from staying open. Other than that, it's in, and works fine.

Great Replacement for Toto Toilet Flush Actuators
I have been buying replacement handles for our Toto toilets from local hardware stores and have always had to bend the arm to accommodate our toilet design. This one is actually built to fit our toilet tank and is very well built.

DON'T BUY THE TOTO HANDLE - GET THIS ONE!!!!!!!!
This is the bomb! Toto builds a crappy handle mech. and the new lower price of $21 on Amazon is still stealing! Get this thing instead. It is an identical duplicate EXCEPT that the nut is easier to use. The rod for my cst-743s (i.e. the Drake) is about 1" longer than this one, but I installed this one anyway on both my toilets and bent it to the same shape and position as the original and it works just fine. This one includes the new beefed up point in the handle, just like the latest ones Toto is selling.Oh, and this one has a slip on rubber piece to make the handle fit tighter in the square hole of the tank. I was able to use it on one of my toilets and it makes a much nicer install - much better than factory. The other toilet hole was too tight - so it only fits as good as original, instead of better.AND, if you prefer, you can simply SWAP the rod and plastic mechanism from your old Toto unit to this new handle and you don't even have to bend the rod to fit. You can even use the new square nut. Forget paying Toto - if this one breaks, I lost $7.99, it the Toto breaks, I lost $21 to $33.By the way, I noticed several Amazon sources for this unit - I believe they are all the same.

Fits perfect for toto toilet.

It’s just ok. Better than the “Universal” handles I saw at the Blue and the Orange box stores.
I had to install it without the square rubber insert in the tank wall because it was too tight. I also had to tweak the brass rod a bit to get the flapper to not allow the water to run constantly.Let’s see how long it lasts. If I’m not pleased with it I’ll just buy the real TOTO handle and update this review.

A Universal Fit
This will work on just about any traditional flush toilet. You may have to partially disassemble to rotate the brass rod 180 degrees To clear he flish valve apparatus. But this is easy enough to do. Remove the chrome handle by unscrewing the plastic piece pop the rod out by pushing the brass rod out of the plastic piece. Don’t lose the pivot pin. Roll the brass rod over 180 degrees and push it back in until the pin is reseated in the white plastic tube. Then reinstall the chrome handle on assembly. Take the plastic nut off. Insert it through the side of the water closet. Install the nut and tighten it just past finger tight. Connect the chain to the flush flapper valve.
