It is good so far
This exchange unit has worked very well for me over the last several weeks. It is small and compact and easy to travel with.

Excellent Customer Service
These pads are only for the Non-Pro Tens unit. I accidentally ordered them with my pro-unit. When I discovered my mistake, Amazon would not allow them to be returned so I could purchase the correct ones. Since Amazon would not accept the exchange, I contacted the Neocarbon customer support team directly. They responded almost immediately and refunded my account. Excellent customer service from Neocarbon.

Good quality and good contact. Good adhesive pads.
They're sticky and stick well. The small ones... stick ok. I put rubbing alcohol on them after the 3rd use and rinse with water and dry. And they stick again....which i liked. They are good quality and easy to put on...and stay on. I used them with and without gel and work well.

Could stick better.
Great value. Nice selection of of sizes. The could be more sticky however. They come too easily. The pads that come with the brand's TENS units are way more sticky and stay in place better.

No company help or response
Unhappy with product tried to email company with no response back. Both sets of the tens blogs were bad. They didn’t fit in the controller properly and end broke off. Told the company tried to order new ends but couldn’t. I would not purchase this again
