Where can i buy replacement batteries? all i can find are a23 is that the same?

Do these come with a serial number? I’m trying to buy them for my apt gate.

I bought mine for My complex as well. You have to find out if your gate complex has a 10 digit code inside the remote. There is a 10 digit toggle switch inside the remote and you push it up or down to match the code for the gate and mine works. They do come with the serial number but each remote has her own serial number so I don’t know if that would help you or not

Can i use it for my 9 dip switch remote replacement?

I dont know about 9 dip of yours but it has 9 code settings if that helps
