Buyer be Wise !!! These are fantastic -- Must Get - but never put cookie sheets in the dishwasher !
We have a household of a Mom, a Dad and 4 teenage kids (actually I'm in denial) 3 of the kids are 20 and one is 17. Net net, we grill, bake cookies, make pizzas, salmon etc. These sheets are fantastic and for the price undeniably a staple. For the ones criticizing the sheet set because the rust etc, here are a few tips. First off, use parchment paper when baking cookies - or don't ! These are non stick which means you can bake cookies 'naked' on the slab. Secondly, if you're grilling, we always line the sheets with aluminum foil - in this way, we can make killer corn cobs, salmon etcetra roasted right on the grill. Never ever ever ever be lazy and throw these into a dishwasher. We wash these immediatly by hand as the 'stuff' comes off (remember nonstick) and dry them and put them away. We had a set before that was not a 'non-stick' set. Of course they rusted because we did the 'dishwasher' stint. And they are warped. We still have them, but for use them for special projects like spray painting macaroni noodles for Christmas (in gold paint) and cooking projects that need the iron :-) I highly recommend these

Great for short time baking or roasting!
I was really reluctant to buy this bakeware because of its cheap price comparing to the ones I found in the stores. But I am happy I decided to buy them after all.Quality: The product comes as described and if you take good care of them, you can have them in your kitchen for years. I have been using them for over a year and I followed the care instructions and they look almost as good as new except for some discoloration. Just make sure to wash them after they cool off with hot water and soap and then use a kitchen cloth to dry them out. I have never washed them in dish washer though, maybe this helps! Also, it is worth to mention that the pans bend at high temperature somewhere above 350 F. So these pans would be great for short time baking or roasting. THESE ARE NOT A HEAVY DUTY PANS.Size: The 3 sizes are perfect for most of the baking needs.Price: Those are cheap bakeware pans but they do what were designed for.Overall, I am satisfied with this product and I would recommend buying them for short time baking or roasting.

Good Nonstick, Bad Warping
Well, you really can't beat the price. And so far, the nonstick properties have been excellent. Of course, there's a list of warnings if you want to keep it nonstick-- don't use abrasive cleansers, don't use nonstick sprays, don't put it in the dishwasher (you CAN, it says, but it's not recommended... wish they'd just acknowledge upfront that none of these nonstick pans are really dishwasher-safe).The main downside for me has been the fact that just thirty seconds in a 350-degree oven led to an immediate "BANG!" and warping. Luckily, my food didn't go sliding off, but it makes me concerned that I can't cook anything "messy" on one of these pans. I'd be too worried that the food would slide to one side as soon as the pans warp. It's frustrating that they're not made a little thicker, or whatever else might keep them from warping. But I do tend to go through pans quickly, so in this case, price mattered most to me.

Well made pans, great non-stick surface, great price
It was finally time to throw away our old cookie pans, which were brown with cooked on non-stick spray, and we replaced them with these. The non-stick surface coating is excellent, to the point where soap suds just run off the surface. The metal seems thinner and much more flimsy than our previous pans, but they have not warped or seemed to suffer from the thinner metal. I have noticed that water collects under the curled rim, which could cause rust in the future, so I'm always careful to hand wash these pans and dry them at an angle. We have a few brownish discolorations starting to form from baking cookies and Pillsbury croissant rolls after 2 months of use, which is disappointing, but I guess inevitable. I hope these last as long as our previous pans (7+ years) and keep looking good.

Does what there are supposed to. Time will tell how long they last.
I have been buying a set very similar to these but with a different brand name every year. I mention that because they seem almost identical to these minus the brand name. They do discolor when used in higher temp ranges and I'm hoping that the inclusion of silicon baking mats will allow these to last longer than the previous set. Keep in mind that this isn't an apples to apples comparison due to the addition of the silmats to the equation but I do see some color changing in the area that the mats don't cover. I do see them warping quite a bit while in the oven under higher temps. My only other complaint, and this may be nitpicking, is that water does tend to stay in the underside edges of the pans where the steel was rolled.
