The reviews seem inconsistent. If my baby uses this to pull herself up from the ground is it stable?

Hi there! I got this for my baby at 10 months old, as soon as she started to pull herself up to me while I was seated. We have found that as long as we secure the back wheels with the brake (the white plastic "washer") she can both push the cart around and pull herself up unassisted without it tipping. We have never had a problem with it falling or collapsing like the "Most Helpful" reviewer did. All said and done, she loves this thing!
