Great Source for EPA, DHA & GLA
My nutritionist helped me find this product as an all around Omega supplement. It is one of the few we found with GLA in it. My body reminds me to take it every morning, which means it is sourcing me or I wouldn't crave it.

Improved LDL:HDL ratio and lower triglycerides
The doctors that I respect most have repeatedly advised that Thorne is one of the most respected supplement companies & I used them during a few health crisis with excellent results, so I have developed a trust for the company that afford me a certain laziness. I did verify they test for heavy metals but otherwise didn't research this product that much. Hubby has been taking it for a month and his LDL to HDL ratio has greatly improved. Nothing else has really changed in his exercise/ diet regimen (he is genetically prone to high cholesterol but his triglycerides have been scary high - those are also lower but not yet within normal limits). So far, I think we're seeing good results.

Quality fish oil
Pills are large and sometimes difficult to swallow. Doesn’t give me fish burps at all.
