3 year life span
Loved the fan when I got it. It was quiet too at first. After about a year and a half it started making a little noise which gradually got louder as the years went by. Now it doesn't work at all. I Have another fan that I purchased locally by a different brand that is still working like it did when I bought it. It has been used far more than this one. Is there someone that can assist me on getting this repaired or replaced?

Description Is Misleading / Incorrect
I am terribly disappointed in this seller for their product description. It is listed as a "smart" fan and light, saying that it is compatible with Alexa and Google Home, and even includes a picture of the fan/light being controlled by the SmartLife app. This is all WRONG! I have two of these units, and they are not smart in any way, shape, or form. There is nothing on the box, in the paperwork, or on the units themselves to indicate that they have ever been "smart." After working the Amazon's awesome customer service, it was confirmed that there is no option for using a phone app or any other voice control. The Amazon rep credited me the cost of the wifi adapter that's needed to control the units (thank you!), but you'll have to buy a separate device if you want the smart controls. I paid extra for these units expecting them to integrate with our home; please don't do the same!As far as the unit itself, I'm actually quite happy with the fan and light. The fan is VERY powerful! It has 6 levels, but we rarely run it above a 1 or 2 as this is more than adequate for our large bedrooms. Level is 6 is actually quite impressive (and a little scary). It does occasionally make sound while running, nothing really specific, more of a "I can tell the fan's running" noise. It's much quieter than any other fan we own, but it's not silent. The light is nice as well. It has three color settings, but no way to dim it that we've found. It is more than bright enough to clean in the rooms, but I wish that we could make it a little dimmer for getting up in the mornings. The remote is also quite adequate. It's fairly easy to use and understand and works well.My husband was able to get the units installed without too much difficulty. He said the instructions were a little lacking, but with patience and a bit of "filling in the blanks," he was able to get them up without much trouble. He's got lots of experience though, so take that into consideration.Overall, I'm happy enough with the fan power (most important to me) and light abilities that I'm not willing to remove the fans and return them because of the lack of smart capabilities. I'm disappointed and upset that I paid more than I needed to for something that wasn't what it claimed. But the fan and light function themselves are good.

Terrible Instructions, Questionable Quality
First, the PROS:1. The motor is very quiet and powerful enough to work in a larger room.2. The remote worked first time with no issues.3. Connecting to my WiFi network was fairly straightforward, mainly because I’ve hooked up several smart devices before this one. Works fine with Google. Now the CONS:1. Absolutely atrocious instructions. Translated by someone who doesn’t speak English? Hard to understand, left important steps out. Fortunately I have installed many ceiling fans in the past and that helps.2. Cheap construction compared to similarly priced units from other brands (Hunter, Minke Aire, etc. ). Mostly plastic. Cheap finishes. Some parts were scratched out of the box.3. Comes with two different length down rods, but they are not the standard parts you get in other fans, so you can’t substitute a longer down rod from, say, Home Depot. The fan works, looks okay, and is quiet. But not convinced it was worth the price paid.

Great quiet fan
The fan is super quiet and fairly easy to pair to Alexa. Works well with voice control. Now the bad. The instructions could be better. It shows the down rod and covers all assembled. I had to take it apart 3 times because each piece needed the wire loom through it. I am what I would like to say pretty handy but took more time than I thought because of this. Instructions could be better. Also the terminal block for connecting power instead of wire nuts I really liked. But be cautious when tightening they can strip easy.
