I gave it to my sister, but I think it would be perfectly acceptable for guys to wear. Might need a sturdier chain though. It's a little flimsy.

Hi, I would like to know the difference between this item and the $149 one.

The $149 one is made from sterling silver. This one lists the metal as brass. I'm sure it's plated with something as it appears silver. My daughter has had it for about 3 months and wears if frequently. It still looks like new.
