These are the bees knees!! **AWESOME ACCIDENTAL DISCOVERY ALERT** If you put them under or near a Blacklight/UV Light, parts of it glow like molten lava and the different types of sand glow pink, blue, purple. This is the "yellow" one, but it looks orange. I use the Blacklight with it all the time bc it looks a million times better. Can't wait to see what the other colors look like under a Blacklight.

I asked in the questions area if it came with a syringe to remove the air bubbles and I received a very curt answer from a customer that the description didn't mention one. Gee, maybe the description was changed since I bought it?!Anyway, mine came with a lot of bubbles and no syringe - which was clearly stated in the description before I bought it, but the mention of it has since been removed. I messaged the sellers who stated they got in trouble for shipping a syringe in the box, and can no longer do that. I wrote back and asked how to remove the bubbles then and they never responded.I got a syringe from a person who works in a clinic, and removed them. If I hadn't been able to do that, I think I would have tossed it. The bubbles really interfered with the sand falling. So, if you know where to get a syringe, it's okay, if not - I would skip buying it.

I enjoyed this product but was disappointed in the color not being true to what was ordered. I ordered a "brown" and what I got was more of a grape or reddish/purple color.

Came securely packaged. You can slow a bit by doing complete upside down or make a bit faster by turning to the side. Bought one for my boss last spring. All of us play with it in the office. She then bought one for someone and I got one for home. I like to just concentrate on while waiting on her. We have a stressful job in healthcare and it is nice to just go take a break and concentrate on the sand moving and the new picture and closing other things out a few minutes.

When I opened the box, everything was wet. There was barely any water in the glass and a frickin syringe with very sharp needle fell out onto the floor! (so glad I saw it!!!) We spent over an hour shooting water between the panes, just trying to get it even halfway useable. Unfortunately it still leaks, and there is not even half the sand that should be included. (There was no sand spilled in the package so I know it wasn't lost during transit). Pretty much a crap product, I will be requesting a replacement or a refund.

There are no instructions, but-- BUT (!)...not sure if this is part of the usage, it came with a 25G/ 2cc syringe with a needle. With needle, I repeat, it's not like a toomey syringe with no needle. Do you use this to add water to the device or is it for shooting up some junk, man, and watch the sands flow, -- cool, man. ???

Feels sturdy, and the color is nice. However, mine came with to little air in the frame which makes it really cloudy when I flip it over because the sand simply free falls. Not a big deal, air is bound to leak out at some point. The box shows a guide on how much air there should be and a SYRINGE that needs to be used to accomplish this. Again no big deal except there was no SYRINGE in the box, tore apart every bit of packing to make sure I didn't miss it, but it was not there. So now I have the pleasure of shopping for a syringe and trying to find out what gauge the needle size needs to be to make this happen. Spoiler Alert * there is no information on what size is needed so I get to buy a variety pack and see which one works. For the three weeks it took to get the thing and then it doesn't even come with a tool to adjust it to make it work properly is beyond frustrating. There are other reviews that say it came with one, others who had the same problem as me. Normally I wouldn't complain but this is a very crucial piece that I would consider to be part of the product and that is why I'm giving the three star review. the disk itself is really cool and as advertised.
