Idée géniale de faire des poignées pliantes. C’est un réel gain de place. La forme de la passoire, triangulaire, permet de la loger dans un coin. J’ai aussi acheté la plus grande. Je recommande vraiment ce produit.

This is really handy. Much better than my stainless steel ones . Folding Handle, lightweight . Store smaller. Great for washing berries and other small portions of food. Well worth the cost.

How have I lived without this?? It is very high quality and withstands high temperatures. Way, way, way better than a slotted spoon - the water/cooking liquid drains from every which angle, not just three slots. My canning 'guru' uses it all the time for filling mason jars with solids which is what originally sent me on a search for it. Don't be fooled by the cheap knock-offs out there that are a fraction of the cost/weight and melt in high-heat liquids. Joseph Joseph is the BEST quality. Love it! (And I think it's special that it came to me all the way from England!)
