Better than the original.
The tubing is more flexible, easier to form and install than the original tubing that came with our dripper irrigation kit. The drippers, sprayers, and connectors are much easier to install and offer a much better seal.Speedy delivery. We searched 7 stores within an hour's drive (Walmart, Menard's, Lowe's, Ace, etc.) that advertised the product, but they only provided a delivery pickup point. Decided to order on Amazon. It arrived on a Sunday, USPS Special Delivery, within 2 days of ordering. 50 feet of tubing will last us many years.

Strong durable tubing..
Using this tubing for my drip irrigation for my plants gives me the ability to feel safe knowing that it's strong and durable and won't drip where it shouldn't. It's also easy to use, soft, yet strong.

As a new user of this brand, I don't yet know about durability but it is easy to use.
I've used the brands beginning RAINxxx for decades installing several thousand feet of drip hose. But starting several years ago I ran into 2 problems: 1) the 1/4" drip line is so hard and stiff that it is impossible to insert a connector or emitter without using a torch to soften the plastic; 2) the 1/2" and 3/4" main lines split under pressure and yes, I do use pressure regulators. So sad when good companies go bad but it appears that Hourleey is delivering a quality product.

Good Quality, Highlly Flexible
We used this 1/4" tubing to connect all the spray heads to the feeder pipe on our drip system. The extra flexibility really helped and we have every reason to believe it will last a long time. Because this tubing is softer than most you should be able to insert the couplings without first heating the tubing and it seems to hold every bit as firmly as less flexible choices.

New review ffrom the south plains of TX
Where to start:I've reordered this line again.Yes it does slip off of the emiters, especially if there is no barb on the output side (what were they thinking). This is while we are having 100+ degree temps in the day & night temps in the 80's. So yes the tubing is slipping off the emiiters, but the 1/2 inch fittings are blowing out of the 1/2 inch lines as well (white colored and a differnt brand)!! I'm also using a regulator to drop my input water pressure to 25psi.I'm goining to use 4 inch UV resistant zip ties on this line to try & keep it on the emiters. I've placed 1/2 inch hose clamps on the 1/2 inch fittings.I am happy with this line, it's not the manufacture's fault that my high temps (and Low) are near thier manufacturing temps. I still say:BUY THIS ONE!

Soft type of hose. Might be vulnerable to garden equipment.
I think this hose is great for potted plants. It's really soft and flexible like a silicone tube. I assumed it would be tougher because it was made of PVC.But, it may not be tough enough around trees and bushes. I think gardening tools, such as, shovels, hoes, weed walkers can easily damage this tubing. The old style polyethelene tube can easily last 20 years or more. Im not that confident that this tube can last 10 years.
