HoWliday is awesome
This book was so nice, during the mourning period of the alphas, Jen plans to make up for all the missed celebrations by doing them all at once. There's lots of decorating and relationship drama and a girls getaway. This book was hilarious and so fun to read!

Quinn is a genius this book had me cracking up the whole way through, but it also had its tender moments.

Wonderful Holiday story with my favorite characters
I have been hooked on the Grey Wolf series since book 1 and, while I would normally feel like this was just a “filler” book to make the author more money and stretch out the story, in this case, it was a much needed lighthearted distraction. The end of the last book was heart wrenching and things have been pretty tense for our favorite pack for a while now…this book made me smile instead of cry and having Titus’s angel tell him the “secret” about the new baby…oh my heart! I just loved it! And then, of course, we had typical Jenn antics with the cakes, “alpha males as reindeers…immortalized with photos yett! But sadly, this book took the previously beloved Jenn character whose quirky sense of humor I loved and turned her into one of those parents that people find oh so funny in books but, IRL, you would want to slap them. I don’t even enjoy those characters in books, truth he told. She is the mother who thinks it’s hysterically funny that her daughter has a foul mouth. Oh and isn’t it even funnier that, because you let your child talk like that, your best friend’s son’s first word is also a profanity! That’s just the kind of people I want to spend time around. Oh and let’s not forget how she has become a complete narcissist regarding why HER child is being overlooked as a potential mate for Sally’s son when…I don’t know….another woman is giving birth right then! That’s not funny, it’s exceedingly narcissistic and unlikeable! I no longer enjoy reading about the person she has turned into. Saying how she is “so protective over people she loves” doesn’t excuse her horrid behavior. I no longer want to read any paragraphs involving her and her disgustingly spoiled “mini-me” child. I previously thought Dex would at least make sure his daughter didn’t behave like the biggest brat in the den, but that is completely out the wayside.

Family Reunion
A Grey Wolves Howliday felt like a family reunion for Christmas. As I was reading, I experienced feelings of joy at seeing members of my book family and sadness at missing those who had gone on. I laughed lots at the antics of the three amigas and shed a silent tear or two when we paused together to honor the fallen. I sat in my reading corner observing the growth and adjustment to new roles. I searched for new members of the family then was reminded that the reunion was limited to the Romanian Pack and did not include the Gypsy Healers. As I tend to do, I let my mind revisit the book during the night hours and in my sleep. Early in the morning, I understood what it was that was begging me to see. In the last 3 books, Alpha Rising, The Warlock Queen and A Grey Wolves Howliday, the author, Quinn Loftis, did what many authors do not do. She pulled back the veil for the reader to EXPERIENCE the in between. A HEA book doesn't do that. With most HEA, you follow a formula. The main characters meet, feel attraction, face life altering challenges, overcome them and live HEA. You don't usually see the time between the overcoming and HEA. There is a reason for that. The in between time is a roller coaster of loss, pain, growth, acceptance, more growth, adjustments, joy, love, vision, support...etc. etc. Loftis brings you to the in between time and makes you FEEL every single emotion associated with that time. She gives you enough hope accompanied by laughter to keep you moving onward. You don't get to skip forward 10 years past the pain, past the silence, past anything. You move through it, resting when needed. Laughing when needed. Swearing when needed. With Jen,Jacque,Sally, Peri, Thia, Slate, Titus, Decebel, Fane, and Costin you get a ton of laughs and their normal sexual innuendos. With Bethany and Drake, you get hope and more laughs. With Zara and Wadim you get great romantic feels, sexual tensions, and even more laughs. Jen is in rare form. Well she always is.A Grey Wolves Howliday is not a stand alone novel. It is Book 14 in a series. While some of those books and the accompanying novellas can be read on their own. This one cannot. It is for family. Thank you, Quinn, for making me family. I loved this book and look forward with some trepidation to Book 15. Meanwhile, I am reaching for your many other great series like the nature hunters, Vikings, and elves.

never a dull moment
Laughter, sadness, happy, joy.The pack is dealing with the first Christmas without the elders. Will there be blood shed before the holidays? You’ll have to read and see.My reviews are short and sweet. Why tell you about the whole book, when you should read it. Yet, I laugh or moan when reading and I get what’s the matter. No one understands. lol

My goodness. I don’t know how Quinn manages to get it right every time, but she just does.I’m so happy I got to read this instalment in this amazing Grey Wolves series. After the ugly sobbing of the last two books, this was just the right medicine. The Pack, the family, celebrating being together.. of course with Jen around, laughter and hilarity ensue ;)Quinn seems to the the magic touch that whilst you’re reading, you’re right there in the story, laughing and crying with all the characters, celebrating my favourite time of the year, with everyone I’ve come to know and love. Just know, that with the other books in this series, I love and highly recommend this brilliant author.

The calm before the storm
What an absolutely amazing fantastic series, it never ceases to amaze me how brilliant this series is. Quinn drags you along for the ride with these characters, it feels like you are really there with them. I laugh a lot but also cry along with them. I think my favourite is Jen, with her there she would have your back no matter what, but I think she would also throw you under the bus just for kicks !!! I would totally recommend it to everyone, and can't wait for the next one.

Beautiful
I loved this, after all the difficulties and losses the pack has faced, it was really nice to see that they can enjoy the holidays ,work on their relationships ,bring new life into the pack and new connections to be made . To enjoy what makes them a pack and some sauciness to add.

Wonderful, emotional and leaves you wanting more
This was a definite relief from the last couple of heavily emotional books and we know the next one will be right back in the tick of battle. It was lovely to see the pack and individual couples come together and strengthen their bonds for what comes next. It was hilarious, silly, beautiful and touching and left you feeling happy which is, for me, all I want in a good book.

This book is the perfect in-between book, it's funny and nostalgic 😍Christmas is here ☃️ and it's only July, the attention to detail is fantastic, any one who's read the previous books will love the small insight to the other mates in this book. The mood in this book compared to the last 2 is fantastic with a lot of tributes to past characters, this is a must read and for those who have never read the series, please start, you will not be disappointed 😍😍😍 xx
