Some of the larger study bibles can get a little bulky in the hand but this does not have that problem. You might be wondering whether to get an ESV study Bible or the student study Bible. For the price, the student study Bible is exceptional and includes many of the marks of the more expensive study Bibles that crossway offers. When, comparing the commentary notes, all of the markers of the more expensive Bible are present in this Bible even includes additional information on particular characters and individuals of the Bible. I wish the more expensive ESV study Bible had those character notes as well. I have compared this Bible with several other study Bibles in the pursuit of the best one to hand off to people who I sincerely care about. I would highly recommend this book right here. You cannot beat the price, the binding is some of the best you can find, and the overall feel of the Bible is exceptional. Whether this is for yourself or a gift for someone else, you will feel the value in your hand.

The Bible is very nice. The leather cover is nice and there’s no damage to the book. It looks completely new. The font migggght be too small if your vision is not too good.

This is a great starter student study bible with great notes and good maps, charts and diagrams. The font typeface is clear, though cross reference details are small. A lot is packed into this bible which is not on the fat side given the content. Thoroughly recommended! Proverbs 16:3
