Crafter's Companion Spectrum Noir Darice Ultra Smooth 8.5" x 11"-20 sheet pkg Cardstock, 8 X 11, White

I used this paper to color with my alcohol based brush markers. I bought other card stock that was too thick for my printer, but this one worked perfectly for my printer. The ink looks perfect on them, and the markers blend perfectly. They are a good weight without being too thick or heavy.

Using alcohol based markers is at totally different experience when you use the right paper. I'm hooked, I will be ordering more!

I bought this paper along with some other varieties to experiment with and this was by far my favourite. It's stiff, it takes ink and marker pens very well and has a lovely finish. It really makes every piece of art shine. I have used some water colour with it, and it takes it fairly well. I would still prefer regular water colour paper, but its good to know I have a back up if I run out. It's perfect for anything you want to give as a gift or hang on a wall, and is simply a pleasure to draw on.

I got this because I wanted cardstock to use to try out my new Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. And it was the smallest pack of paper I could find. I also trusted the Darice brand. When I got it it was labeled as Spectrum Noir as well as Darice. I was really pleased.The paper works well and I think I got a great deal. I highly recommend it. Also the smaller sized package give you the option of finding something else if the paper isn't what you wanted.It was a great find

I've recently started using alcohol markera and am playing around with paper types.This is by far the best I've used; nice and smooth; colours a vivid; and the blending is fantastic.Will definitely be purchasing more at this price.
