Use it all the time
This is my go to rub for smoking. I use it all the time. Probably my 4th or 5th big bag I’ve bought. I like that it doesn’t have a lot of sugar like some other rubs. It’s more salty than sweet. Good stuff.

Best seasoning for smoking
I do pork shoulders for our parties, as it's easy and feeds a lot of people.Without fail many people ask what the seasonings I use are, and I've not found anything better.I prepped the shoulder by cutting off all the excess fat I can, massaging in some olive oil, and then put a light coat of kosher salt on before a generous amount of this spice.Crowd pleaser!
