If any of the batteries measure outside of the 2.5v-4.2 volt range, the BMS will turn the charger off! This is important to know if you are building a battery pack with this item. Check the voltages of each stage of your battery to make sure they are all over 2.5v, otherwise the BMS will prevent charging.I bought this item to recreate a burnt-out 10s2p 18650 battery pack found in an e-skateboard, and was successful.

Powerful BMS
I build tons of li-ion packs, some with BMS's and some without (usually for RC models). The ones with BMS are typically packs made for powering portable equipment, and are housed in a case with inputs for charging and multiple outputs. This BMS is fantastic. Does 1-10s charging and discharging, and the 30a rating is true. I've pulled about 26a from this on a 4s pack and it did it no problem.

Missing Thermistor on pcb.
The solder pads on my board where the Thermistor is supposed to be are completely clean so it forgot/missed in production, which i guess is a bit better than if it was soldered before but now missing.Everything else on the board looks all right, (no excess flux, no burnt components, no bent pins, connecting to the battery at the moment will update once finished and tested.
