I really like this ph meter is even better than the more expensive ones on measuring ph of water the only thing is not that 100% accurate is the temperature meter but I didn't buy this for the temperature. I recommend this for measuring ph of water

In the states. I received this item very quickly and it was Calibrated as soon as I took it out of the box. I use it very often. Daily for my hydroponics. It comes with everything you need to calibrate it for later down the line. It lights up it’s digital it’s amazing exactly what I needed thank you so much

I’ve only had this for 2 weeks and I’ve had to recalibrate 3-4 times. It won’t hold calibration. I was excited to get this bc the one I had before was the older blue model (can’t remember the brand). Anyways, after fighting w this thing since I received it 2 weeks ago, today it started being so weird. Numbers were flying all over the place. I thought I’d calibrate and see if that would line it out AGAIN... the pictures show the meter in the 6.86 solution. It threw decimals out the window and started just going crazy. It wouldn’t turn off. I finally! Got it to turn off. Turned it back on and it wouldn’t ready anything except 16.00. It would not change. And it’s sitting in 6.86 in that pic also. If you buy this, I hope you have better luck. Or patience. Or maybe you don’t really need to know the ph after all lol now I have to wait another week for a new one bc I just started my refund on this one. If it was me, I wouldn’t do it. Try your luck with a different one. The blue one lasted longer than this. It was crap too but it lasted 6 months. Ughhhh... Edit: instead of just returning the other one, I had them send a replacement. This one is trash too. I just calibrated it yesterday and it’s reading my tap (which is usually around 7.3-7.5) at 8.8. That’s how I can always tell when a pen is way off. I also have a backup pen I’ve been using just to make sure. If it was close, I’d still try to use it. But floating 1.5 in ONE day is ludicrous. I’m sending it back for good this time. Guess I’ll try a different one. I do not recommend this one.

I use this to keep the ph levels in my nutrients where I need them for various household, and outside plants, and it's been consistently accurate for almost two months. I watched a YT video to help me understand the calibration process and has been smooth sailing since!

Purchased the PH probe\meter back in Feb. I understand you should calibrate every time you use it. Now I go to read the PH of my RO/DI water. The probe is telling me the ph is over 8. Not likely..... Check the calibration again. Same thing so I had my water tested from a local business. The PH probe is not accurate or most importantly, Not reliably inconsistent. I also thought this was going to be good enough just to get me by. :(

When I bought it there was no mention this item had to be calibrated. It took me 30 minutes to calibrated it, which was no easy. All I wanted was something to test the PH in my hot tub.

I purchased this tester to replace my other pH meter which no longer lights up but otherwise works perfectly. Sometimes the Vivosun meter gives a somewhat accurate reading (albeit super slow), and other times it is off by up to 3 pH! Unreliable. The cheaper brandless model I have was more consistent in quality and measurement. It is unfortunate since I have used multiple other Vivosun products and they are usually a great value for the cost. You get what you pay for. This is my 3rd of various models of cheap testers, and I'll be spending the money to get a higher-end product (like a bluelab) going forward.
