These developed a whole in the crotch after a few wears.
Comfort is difficult to state when you are wearing compression leotards. They already developed a hole in the crotch after a few wears. The waist has excessive amount of extra material in it...could ride up to my pecs.

Last well
I have to wear these every day for low blood pressure. This brand seem to be well made and don’t run easily.Nothing could give support stockings a 5* for comfort!

They are purposing what we needed them for.
Started with the brands' 5XL wide 20-30 mmhg socks. As the circumference of the thighs came down within range of these, now ordered these XL leotards (with the man hole!)Let me tell you, these are TIGHT to get on first time!1st step: Insert hand inside garment, one leg at a time and pull heel portion to just at the top where inserted hand. Repeat for other leg. Figure out which way is forward (man hole!) As the garment will be inside out. Don't want to put these on backwards as they are a stuggle to get off and back on first time.2nd step: Put foot in (which ever foot you are accustomed to putting in pants first, is a good start.) Push foot in past heel portion until it stops, pulling back on heel portion to cover your heel remembering which way is forward (man hole) and these are TIGHT. Repeat with other foot.3rd step: Start pulling and rolling the garment of either side on up the leg (making sure to stretch out all creases and folds,) just over the knees of each side.4th step: Pull up on the whole garment to give extra room when get to crotch. Otherwise it will come up short.Continue pulling and rolling the garment of either side on up and over each thigh (making sure to stretch out all creases and folds,) just before crotch.Continue pulling upwards to waist area.By now you should be sighing relief! They are on and compressing. If not, you'll have to pull back down above the knees and stretch pulling upwards to gain extra room for crotch fit and being able to pull up to waist. After a day or so, should be able to pull up to waist with no effort. As the compressing will shrink the legs enough. We have a great admiration for all the women in the world, who do this day in and day out with those panty hose and other garments.

Run small
Purchased for my husband They were extra large, but don’t fit at all. They are however good quality and made well.

Helpful for my Knees
It takes me about ten minutes to put on. Once they are on, they are comfortable. It seems they do make me walk better, and my knees do feel better. When I'm through with them it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get off. I like them so much that I bought three more pairs. The only problem is that one pair developed a hole and runner after five wearings. I bought a cheaper pair of compression pants which lasted longer than these.

Great product, but watch your size!
About ten years ago I suffered a DVT (blood clot) in my leg. Afterwards, my doctor told me to wear compression stockings whenever I traveled on an airplane or sat for long hours. Since then I have used individual graduated compression stockings, until I began planning for a future trip overseas requiring a LONG airline flight. I carefully measured my legs and my size was generally between Medium and Large. I ordered a Large men's leotard only to find it too small to wear! I then ordered an Extra-Large compression leotard and wore them around the house on trial yesterday. They fit just fine and were more comfortable and easier to wear than my individual stockings. They were somewhat difficult to put on but provided good support to both legs. Looks like this will work for any long flights going forward, thanks!

cost effective & comfortable enough, but 2 problems
1) legs are too long, I suspect. They bunch up at the knees.2) since it's a base layer, I don't want to wear undies as well, but my gear always winds up poking out which winds up semi-pornographic for z ladies, & a little uncomfy for me. Even if I didn't care about hanging out of them, the way I wind up hanging out is actually uncomfortable.I always have to wonder if people designing & doing R&D with this stuff actually try it with different kinds of people before selling!
