Beautiful Watch
UPDATE: Mebeni-US did contact me and offer a Tiong Men's Watch replacement. I couldn't be happier with their customer service the return was super easy and I had my replacement watch in just a few short days with a working battery... THIS is a BEAUTIFUL WATCH and I would recommend Mebeni-US Tiong Men's Watches to anyone, this is a Beautiful watch and the was packaging was very good BUT LOOKS and PACKAGING mean nothing if it doesn't work, when I received the watch it was dead and the battery that was supplied that came with the watch in the box was the WRONG ONE .... now I have go and buy the correct battery. I have tried to reach out to Mebeni-US but have had NO RESPONCE. so far I can NOT recommend Mebeni-US Tiong Men's Watches, I will up date my review if I am contacted.

Latch won't stay locked
I Ordered 2 of these watches, replaced 1...all 3 have the same issues (Latches Don't work) it will not stay latched!I took 1 for repair and he wanted $20 to replace the whole latch.Very nice watch for $35. Not willing to pay another $20....just FYI...I'm just dealing with it...the latch will hold sometime..but don't trust it.

Good solid Watch for the money
For $30 it's a good decent solid watch. You can't be to critical for a watch that only cost around $30. Your not buying a Rolex your buying a everyday watch that looks nice on the wrist. All the dials work, has a scratch resistant face and it luminates in the dark. What more can you want in a watch.

A nice looking watch. very attractive.
Adjustment knob has no obvious setting to adjust the date, need to struggle many times to find the point.

It's not steel, and it's not a steal
This watch caught my eye because of its resemblance to a famous watch design, and with the price and the other reviews, I figured why not give it a try? I've been pleasantly surprised by some low-cost watches before.I shouldn't have bothered. The case is not steel. I think it's some sort of cheap metal plated in chrome or something else that looks like stainless. But the minute I picked this up I knew it wasn't stainless. It's way too light. And the case has sharp edges that are not comfortable to run your fingers over. A good watch has a machined case that has had some effort put into the finishing. I suspect that this one is molded and plated and there you go.The bracelet is folded metal (probably steel, nothing else would hold up in that thin folded sheet metal form) and it is not very comfortable on the wrist. It grabs hair. It looks okay, and if you want the lightest metal watch possible (without going to titanium) maybe this is your watch. The sizing tool works well, and I like the clasp. The movement is a functional chronograph; the subdials are marked to tell you what each one means. The pushers for the chronograph functions are molded to look like the can be locked, but they can't. One odd thing about the movement; I pulled the stem and crown to take the movement and dial out, and the minute hand just flops around. I thought for sure it was broken, but when I put the stem and crown back in it works. No idea how that's possible, but the cynical part of me suspects the minute hand might not be properly installed. This is one of those loose movements that almost always moved the minute hand when you push the crown back into place after setting the time. The crystal is domed, which I like, and it's pretty scratch resistant. I can't return this watch and I do not care about it, so in the interest of a useful review I took out the trusty Swiss army knife and tried to scratch the crystal. My first couple of attempts with the knife tip failed to scratch it. My last attempt succeeded, but I can't see the scratch, I can only feel it when I search carefully with the tip of a fingernail. The watch comes well packaged, with a cloth and a tool to size the case, and a spare battery. About that spare battery; this watch has a snap on case back. You can use almost anything to get the case back off, but getting it back on takes either a lot of luck, or a special tool. So, yes, I'm keeping the price in mind as I write this. But if I had to spend less than $40 and get the best possible watch, I'd go with a quartz Invicta or Timex. Not this one. If it cost a penny more I'd give it one star, but given the very low price I'll be kind and give it two. Now go look at better watches.
