My wife has been looking for an iron supplement that she finds easy enough to take, she does have issues swallowing pills, and is effective to maintain her iron levels without causing discomfort. These seem to be most effective with the above, a bonus being the yare cheap and have certainly increased her iron levels. After seeing her doctor, she dopes have heavy periods, she did not manage too well with the iron supplements offered, the shape and size causing her issues. These tablets are small enough, and they do not seem to get stuck, to swallow easily for her. She also noted no after taste and. please see photos, all the tablets are well shaped and none are broken. She recently had her iron levels checked again and they are well in the normal range. She has found that taking them with a small glass of water before her meal is working well for her. These iron supplements are cheap and affordable but are also most effective at restoring a normal range of iron levels. Very much recommended.

They’re decent for the price, so good value for money overall. The tablets are a bit bigger than I expected, so not the easiest to swallow. The smell is quite strong too, which can be off-putting.
