Great headlight for working on cars
I finally found a headlight I can use working on my cars. I always had issues with drop lights for use in the garage. My two pet peeves with drop lights are: mobility and brightness. You never could find the optimum location to hang your light to illuminate your work or it's either too dim/bright or glary. This headlamp stays on your head. The head band is adjustable and it illuminates your entire work space without glare or bright reflections. I had to replace calipers and brake pads (and other car maintenance) recently, and I like to work at night. This headlamp allows me to work in comfort without the usual complaints I have with drop lights. I did run down the battery; it provided a continuous use for about 2 hours before the battery die. That was an annoyance because I wasn't finished with my work. I'm ready to order another one because the battery only lasted 2 hours of continuous use. I highly recommend this headlamp if you work on cars or in tight spaces; buy two if you need more than 2 hrs of continuous use. I can't attest to the other uses for this item because I only bought it to work on my cars. Two minor complaints or suggestion I have are: Increase the battery life and replace the cloth elastic head band with something more durable, like the rest of the stretchable plastic headlamp material. I had used headlamps in the past but the cloth elastic bands inevitably lose their elasticity and render them useless. Despite these shortfalls, I highly recommend it.

Would not recommend
The battery and brightness is good. The main problem is that between the light and your head there's no barrier to stop the heat coming from the light. 3 minutes on, your going to feel the heat. Your going to start sweating constantly. This product needs a better buffer between the light and your forehead. Then the glue holding the front light to the silicone comes unglued. If you work outside in the winter this maybe a good buy. But not in the summer.

Love these so far
The media could not be loaded. I really like this headlamp the motion works good and useful for easy on and off to save on battery life. And you can set the motion to any light setting just put it on the one you want and turn on the motion good to go nice and simple. Lumens appear to be correct also which is nice some products really over exaggerate the lumensIt does get warm though on the forehead not bad but could use another layer of the material they put on the back or something else that stays cooler. It's not hot enough to hurt but if you are already hot and sweaty it's kinda annoying. I also have not worn extended period of time but if it is worse I will change review. Right now even with downside I still really like the product for the price point

I'm actually quite impressed!!
So I love gadgets... I buy an awful lot of them, and I'm also an LED snob. When it comes to headlights and interior lights for my cars, flashlights of sorts, and lighting for inside and outside of my travel trailers.... I always hunt for the brightest I can find, in a 6k color spectrum. My flashlights these days all start at 2,000 lumens and go up from there, so I was prepared to not really be all too impressed with this.I just got it today and already used it for a bit tonight. I was outside in the other-wise pitch black, cutting up some OSB for a project, I walked my dog up and down the street in the pitch black, and loaded a bunch of things into the back of my SUV. I was mostly concerned that the beam would not reach far enough to be more effective than 4' in front me, since it's not a focused housing like many other flashlights of sorts. While the front light band doesn't perform lice my focusable flashlights as far as distance, it still lights up quite a ways in front of you. I was pretty surprised. And for longer, focused lighting, you can toggle to the side light, if you need more of a spot light. It's very light, pretty comfortable to wear, and since it's a curved LED strip, everywhere I turn my head the light is instantly there, with no bouncing around. When looking straight it covers just in front of my feet, and nearly everywhere around me that my eyes can see a given point in time. Didn't think it would be this great, but so far it's definitely one of my favorite purchases of the year!

NOT 1200 LUMENS
For the price this is an excellent, handy tool. I will use it when I am working on my car. I give it one star because of the misrepresentation of the LUMENS. None of the other advertisers for this light claim more than 350 Lumens (which is an accurate lumen measurement). I bought two of these from two different vendors. I wanted to see the difference between the two claims of 1200 lumens and 350 lumens. Both lights were exactly the same. The other light was only $12.99 and was the exact same light.

excellent bight light!
The light on high is very bright and covers a wide area. Excellent work light! My only criticism would be that the head band heats up on high. Not burn your head hot but you definetly know its there.

Battery only lasts 60min
I don’t suggest this if you need it for any length of time. Got it to use while doing vehicle repairs and it only lasted 60min.
