Sur La Table Amarena Fabri Cherries, 21 oz.

These put maraschino cherries to shame! The cherry aroma and flavor is wonderful, a little tart like a fresh cherry. They are slightly firm and have a nice bite texture. The syrup itself is more like a sweet fruit nectar. It pairs well with the Sur La Table Valrhona Ivoire White Chocolate Feves, 35% and a glass of Schmitt Sohne Riesling. Enjoy them out of the jar, like we do, or a little on good vanilla ice cream like Tillamook. Exceptional to add to a few cherries and syrup to espresso with a little cream and spoon a little of the syrup over French toast for a for an extra special breakfast treat! Worth every penny. Assapora il gusto!

My husband will only use these cherries for his old fashioned. He has started "gifting" a jar to friends when he is attending their party - just so he is guaranteed too have these while at others homes. The jar is very nice too. I dislike plastic. Having a real jar just makes it feel like you are going all out and it's quality inside.

These are the best! Perfect for cocktails, and amazing on cheese cake! Leaps and bounds above the quality of store bought maraschino cherries. The syrup is tasty on cheese cake too, and I've been mixing about a teaspoon in limeade!

These are the most amazing cherries I’ve ever had. I put them on almost everything that makes sense. The packaging was done well- my jar is a beautiful as it was advertised. It’s a classic Italian ceramic. The blue paint is lovely. Makes you feel like you’re abroad, for a moment. Can’t wait to make an old fashioned!
