Greenzone Pebbletex Tencel Waterproof Mattress Protector

Purchased in 2013 for a new mattress that required a waterproof cover so as not to void the warranty. I'm amazed at how well it has held up. I throw it in the washing machine & dryer about every 6 months. It is not hot, makes no noise, and even adds a bit of extra cushion. I definitely recommend.

Great waterproof bedding. I have purchased 5 in both queen and king to protect against baby and dog accidents over the past 4 years. Never failed to protect. The pads are light-weight, cool and comfortable in our tropic climate. Far superior to plastic-lined pads in sleeping comfort. Big roomy pockets for fitting 15-17" mattress.

I've had this mattress protector for about a month now. So far so good. Looks good, has a nice "pebbly" feel to it. No hot sweaty issues during the night, though it is mid March around here.

Great Purchase. Does not make noise nor does it make anyone hot while sleeping on it. Also washes well.

My decision to purchase this pad was based on reviews I read on different sites. This pad is 100 times better than the piece of what was basically a noisy, sweltering, loose piece of plastic I previously had. This Dusk 2 Dawn pad is comfortable, doesn't make me sweat, and it fits my mattress pretty good. The dog threw up on the bed and the pad did it's job of keeping my gel memory foam mattress protected. It washed up nice, too. I'd recommend this to anyone.

Can't say too much about them because hadn't had to use the waterproof part. But they are comfortable to sleep on.

Someone said in a review that it felt like fabric. Compared to waterproof plastic, it is more fabric-like, but to me it felt more like paper. Also, it had a strong odor which I would not want to lay down on. Wanted to warn those who have a sensitivity to chemical smells. I returned it before I even fully removed it from the packaging. Clearly it works for a lot of people, but I didn't really need it to be waterproof and it was not worth the trade off of the texture and smell.I gave it 2 stars because I want to be fair about something I really didn't fully try out. The smell could possibly be lessened by washing it, and perhaps the texture could soften up a little too. Thank you Amazon for your easy return process.
