Salvation Found!
I had a beautiful 15.5 gallon keg of Weihenstephan Original ready roll. I tapped it with my brand new A coupler and pulled a draft to celebrate but when I tried to put the keg in the Kegco kegerator the celebration quickly turned to me screaming Why!!?? The keg was too tall to fit despite my efforts to desperately bulldoze it in, tilt it to the side and even considering applying Crisco to grease her in. Defeated and despondent I untapped her and placed it in the Kegerator wondering if I just wasted $200 and two months of drinking bliss. Then later that night I went into problem solving mode once the shock of the whole ordeal subsided. Initially, I searched for a lower profile coupler but came up with snake eyes. Then in a late night fit of inspiration after hours of tossing and turning and even entertaining a scenario of trying to give the keg back the word elbow appeared in my mind. Was it divinity or an evolutionary reflex trying to save me from so much anguish? I'll never know but "elbow" was the key that led me to this marvel of ingenuity and manufacturing. I immediately ordered and 6 agonizing days later it unceremoniously sat on my desk. I clawed it open like a starving saber tooth cat finding one last meal before the demise of the ice age. I ran to the kegerator, affixed everything and tapped the cylinder of silver wondering if I would ever be able to enjoy its riches. I hoisted the keg and started pushing. It was working! My sweet sweet God it was working! There was virtually no clearance and I thought of getting the Crisco once again but no need. A feeling of satisfaction washed over me perhaps not unlike the ancient Egyptian architect felt when the last stone of Giza was laid. It works really well and I may have imbibed in draught or two during the composition of said review.

Helped fit a keg in my kegerator without pinching the tubing
I notice once I tapped a keg and put it in my kegerator it wash pinching the tubing, making the beer pour foamy. I added this, and a quick disconnect, now the tubing comes off the side of the coupler, rather than the top. Tapping a new keg and getting it in the kegerator is a lot easier, as well as cleaning the draft lines with a corny keg.

Does what it should, but don't overtighten
Simple piece, definitely does the job, but tightening too much pushes the gasket into the keg coupler. This might be a problem with the coupler itself (there isn't much of a wall for the gasket to sit on), but this isn't an issue between the faucet line and the keg coupler, so i'm inclined to put some of the blame on this elbow. Getting it tight enough to function without squeezing the gasket away takes some trial and error, and can lead to an annoying mess, but otherwise it does the job well enough.

Two Elbow Styles, Incomplete Shipment Plus Quick Corrective Response Add Up to Mixed Review
This rating of the KegWorks keg coupler elbow is only for the third of three that I ordered. The first two were not chrome and were manufactured in two parts: the base that screws into the tap, and the 90 degree connection that fastens to the beer line. Unlike the third elbow that was mailed separately after I contacted them, the 90 degree connection is screwed into the base. So when you remove the beer line, the 90 degree part wants to unscrew also. The chrome one-piece model is far superior to the other. It looks better, has fewer "moving parts" (just the one) and is more compact (which is why you need a 90 degree coupler in the first place, right?).I fault the shipper for not shipping the correct order in the first place, but credit them with their responsiveness to my call when I discovered the error. They promised to ship the additional part right away and it did, indeed, arrive via next day post.UPDATE: Upon reviewing the shipping tickets, I'm not sure who sent the original order. The additional part came from BeverageFactory.com, so they get the credit for the better-designed chrome elbow.

It works
Just got a homebrew set up for my kegerator, but wanted to also be able to use commercial kegs. I got the 1/4" male threading adapter to put on the sanke tap, but, in combination with the hose female threading, it made the kegs too tall to fit in the kegerator. This is the cheapest and easiest option I found because I already had a tap and didn't want to buy a low profile tap. Its heavy, seems well made, easy to use and convenient. One thing I didn't like was that it didn't come with the necessary neoprene or other food grade washer to make it leak proof. Not a big deal for me because the sanke tap I had actually came with spares. I don't know how else to review the product because there doesn't appear to be anything else that does what this does. Other places sell the same thing, but this was the cheapest I found it. I highly recommend looking at Homebrew stuffs (the amazon store that sells this product) actual store front and website. I've bought things from them a lot recently. They ship quickly and their prices are pretty much unbeatable for what you get.

Exactly what I needed
Couldn’t have done it without this! There wasNo way my German keg was fitting while tapped. I had to tilt the keg out and tap it first, but it fits!

Sankey to ball-lock
I used this to add a ball-lock fitting onto my Sankey tap so it would fit in my kegarator. With the ball lock fitting I do not have to change out the fittings on the beer lines when I want to tap a commercial keg. Works perfectly.

Easy Installation / Great Product
I installed an adapter to my tapping system to accommodate both corny and commercial kegs, installed a corny keg, and all was well. I then reverted to a commercial keg, which was 2" too tall to fit in my kegerator. After installing the 90-Degree Coupler, I had a couple of inches of clearance with the commercial keg. I was fearful I would lose the flexibility to use multiple styles of kegs. A terrific value for the price.
