Do not use to convert into a bucket pool filter
Nice bucket, but it didn’t work for our needs. The lid couldn’t handle the pressure to be used as a bucket pool filter for our 10,000 gallon above ground pool. I know it’s not meant for that, but if you were thinking about it it absolutely will not work for you.

2 piece lid - Great Product
Great product. Be sure to realize its a 3 piece kit. 1 - your bucket, 2- the gamma ring, 3 the gamma lid. Remove the gamma lid from the ring then install the ring on your bucket (I used a rubber mallet to ensure it was properly engaged to my bucket). Spin on the lid and you are good to go. I use several of these to store pellets for my pellet grill and another for various funnels.

Bucket lid not flat as picture looks to be.
I thought the lid was flat and its not The top is useless to me. If you guys have a screw on lid with a flat surface i would like to have one.
