I noticed some less than stellar reviews of this mug - but I really can't understand why. I've had mine maybe 5 months now, and it's been nothing but fantastic. I can brew my coffee before work, and it's still warm at the end of the day - most times I don't let it last that long of course. But the mug can hold it warm - tried and tested many times.When going to the office, I have the mug on it's side in the outer pocket of my bag, not once has it leaked or even dripped - very good seal.Pressing the button to let your coffee out is a bit of a hassle to start with, but actually it becomes second-nature very quickly and it's actually quite useful - I've had my mug next to my computer and a couple times I've accidentally knocked it over and wasn't even the least bit concerned of a leak. The seal and construction really is good. Except the noise it made because of the heavy construction - and my colleagues staring at me - my computer was safe.I observe one review saying the paint would peel off - I can assure you it doesn't at all, I've used a dishwasher, hand wash and not one single pant peel. The only scratch mine has is because I dropped it from 5 foot when I placed it on my hand railing and it fell onto concrete and even then it only scratched it didn't even dent - it's sturdy and strong.One last thing - it fits the car cup holder perfectly (many don't).Anyway, for the price - you can't go wrong in my opinion.

Personally it’s the second time I buy one (old one was lost!) I love this product all in all. The only concern would be the common issue with such products (maybe with this type bit more) the smell stuck after washing but there are easy tricks over internet to get rid of that. Otherwise it’s great!

It is good product, easy to clean, no smell residues.

Unfortunately the screw top is not insulated like the base so get very hot and if you drink soon after filling with hot liquids can burn your lips, this is why it only keeps your drink hot for a short time

The top where you sip the drink is made of steel and when you pour in a hot beverage it becomes so hot that it can literally burn your lips. Very inconvenient and a waste of money!

I have received the item with a dent on the bottom because it was shipped unwrapped with any protection.Hot coffee started to cool down REALLY fast in less than an hour due to the heat radiating from the cap excessively which results in heat loss in the drink.

Can a product be too good? Too effective at it's intended purpose? I think this one is.It's sleek, professional, efficient, very easy to clean, fits my cup holder perfectly, and keeps my coffee hot for hours. No seriously, HOURS. It's annoying. I make my coffee at 0530 as the final step before I walk out of the door for work. Sometimes work is busy at 0700 and I don't have time to get to my coffee until 1000 or so. This has happened multiple times... and my coffee is STILL HOT. Almost as hot as when I made it. WTH? I mean, zero thermal loss? Really? I go to take a sip thinking "surely, it's got to be room temperature by now. At least close to it" and boom, I'm shocked by how hot and perfect it sits.This is messing with my reality. I deamnd to know what sorcery is behind the perfection of this item. What executive approved this? What engineer chose its dimensions, wall thickness and steel type? Who designed the cap and pouring mechanism becasue they need a FKNG AWARD. They need to be publicly recognized for outstanding achievement in raising the bar for this seemingly insignifacant yet profoundly important modern convenience of 1st world comfort. That is all.

True to advertising- stays hot or cold for a long time. Lid is secure. Bought 2, lasted years so far, so got 2 more. And it all is dishwasher friendly- in our house everything goes in the dishwasher so it has to stand up. We’ll worth it.

I lost my white mug like this one....LOVE these mugs...especially the locking button..easy for anyone to use. the snap tops are often too hard to open and close but the autodial is amazing. Keeps my tea hot for hours!
