Nice stainless material. Easy to install if you’re good on a ladder with a drill. You need to buy a box of self tapping exterior screws.

Good product

I would have given 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Needed approximately 224’, measured from the ground. Multi areas and hight. Decided to buy 1 box of 200’ and 1 box of 31’. The product arrived within 2 days. They don’t come with hardware and even though the hardware is a bit pricey, I bought 2 bags of 100 screws each. Each bag came with a 1/4” driver. Only used one of the drivers as the driver and even though the screws are not self tapping, were of excellent quality. Glad I made that purchase. They went in like self tapping screws. I used some other screws that I had to supplement the 2 bags because I used extra to reinforce where the pieces connect. My choice. The guards themselves are exactly as advertised. Even though I bought 2 boxes of different amount of lengths total, every guard was the exact same size. They are made of stainless steel and will last forever. After I installed them, I had 2 full sections left over. The guards are exactly as advertised. Unbelievable!! The hardest part of the institution was cleaning the gutters and downspouts. I know now I will never have to do that again. This is the first time I have ever bought something by just reading the information about a product and I have to say it worked better then what they tell you. One issue I ran into, just a few times, was the guard didn’t want to snap in. All I had to do was gently bend the back part up about a 1/4”. The gutter itself was having an issue with the flashing on the roof. A one minute adjustment and it popped right in. I have never bought or installed gutter guards. This is my first time. If I ever do this again for someone else, I would only buy these guards as I know they are easy to install and are made to last forever. And no, I’m not getting paid to praise this product. It is even better than advertised. I don’t think I have been this happy about a DIY project that worked out as well as this project did. In one of the pictures, you can see that I added 2 small pieces at the end. That was just to use up a few small pieces that I had left over.

These are simple to install and work great. I have gigantic jack pines that spit pinecone and needles all summer. The needles and pinecones get caught and eventually blow off. I also have large elm trees and they work great fo I am going to put them on my cottage now. Make sure to get the correct size, there are 5" and 6" sizes. They do not come with screws. I bought some 1/4" hex head stainless steel screws that worked great. I used 3 screws in each section. These are easy to cut to length with tin snips.

Very easy, quick installation. Appears to be doing the job.
