I purchased this item back in September of 2018. 2 days ago the batteries exploded inside the mirror. When I first got my hands on this product I was beyond excited because it was the new “in” thing for all women who are into makeup. The lights worked great and the fact that you can higher AND lower the brightness was wonderful, BUT after the batteries that it came with finally reached its end...it was time to buy new ones. I put in some other Brand batteries and it didn’t even last that long, and in all honesty the batteries that it CAME WITH lasted way longer...months might I add. After those batteries I put in Duracell batteries and those are the ones that exploded...BRAND new and wasn’t even a month that I began to notice that the lighting was starting to dim.I totally think it’s a nice gift and all, but if you want a long lasting mirror I suggest not to buy this one. This is just my opinion and experience. The lighting is good for a couple of weeks but don’t last as long as batteries should. The mirror was adjustable...back and forth to your liking, but the plastic was a lil cheap but not bad. I’m worried to put in new battieries because I feel like it would be a waste. All in all, I’m saying goodbye to this mirror and just investing in a high end one.

I looked at probably every makeup mirror on Amazon and ordered this one. I didn't want the flaps or anything, I don't use the magnified mirror either. I'm not even sure where I put it. I didn't realize when I bought this, but it's completely battery operated. There is no charging. When I first realized this, I was worried that the batteries would last a week at the most and then the thing would die, and I'd have to spend so much on batteries. But, I use this thing for probably an hour a day, every single day, at least, and two months later the batteries are still going! And it's kind of nice to not have to plug it in, I can move it from the bathroom to my vanity etc. etc. or even use it as a hand mirror (it's INCREDIBLY lightweight). For something so inexpensive, I expected this thing to be underwhelming, but I'm really happy with this purchase

I mean it’s a great mirror and really bright but I personally didn’t like the way it made my face look lighter than it actually is. I couldn’t even tell if I had my makeup on correctly everything kind of looked like it was all one white washed color. When I dimmed the lighting it was still bad. I had to go to my restroom to see how my makeup actually looked. Aside from that It’s great i love the features it has

I got this mirror as a gift to my mom for mothers day since her makeup mirror was a broken cheap one from walmart. She didn't want some big heavy mirror either so this one was honestly perfect. The small magnifying mirror on it detaches so it was really useful when my mother didn't want to use the entire mirror. The mirror itself is lightweight and the batteries are already included which was helpful. The thing about other mirrors is that sometimes you have to plug them in with a wire of some sort so that it can get really bright but this one was already very bright right from the get go. The only thing that was a small downside was that the batteries didn't go in the way that the mirror instructions say so but it isnt that big of a deal.

I love this mirror! The LED lights that go all the way around the perimeter of the mirror are super bright and provide nice, even lighting for great application. The brightness of the lights is able to be adjusted from super low to super bright, which is nice, and given that the lights are LEDs they should last for YEARS. I also love that the mirror can move in any direction, so no matter where you are you can use it efficiently. Plus it comes with batteries, which is great since most stuff makes you buy the batteries separately. The small magnifying mirror is nice because it can be suction cupped to the lighted mirror or taken off and dropped in your purse or overnight bag. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and I'd recommend to anyone who wants to do their makeup evenly or has a skin regiment that requires a mirror or close up.

I really like it. It's super bright. I need for when I apply make-up on in the morning before work and it's super bright. It only lights up my face which is great. After that I turn it off and turn on my regular vanity lamp for my hair. It's very light. Could be a little sturdier but overall it's a great mirror.

It’s a nice mirror. I like everything about it. Only thing I thought it would have different brightness intensities for the lights. It only has one level of brightness. It does its job, but I wished it had one additional option to get brighter. The light is perfect for selfies and great videos though!! Used for that too

I had the worst time trying to find a lighted regular mirror. Every. Single. One. was magnified. I just wanted light to get a good look at my pores, I didn't want to see my pores into the future! Seriously, it was so strange that all lighted stand mirrors were magnified.I found this one, and it's perfect! It's big, but not obnoxious. The lights are perfect, despite what some reviews say. I'm not exactly sure what those people were looking for in terms of light if not this. Plus the touch button on the bottom of the mirror is great.10/10 definitely recommend.
