It has been my experience with aftermarket remotes for Samsung Smart TVs that some have to pair each time you turn on your set and lag when scrolling. The remote paired with my TV right out of the gate and never needed to pair again. Scrolling is smooth and buttons for direct selection of Netflix and Prime work too. I never use the voice controls so I have no insight as Alexia does that for me. It is worth the few extra dollars and it arrives as promised. Highly recommend.

I ordered two remotes at one time by choosing the product and inserting a "2" in the number of items I wanted.When the two remotes arrived, one was brand new and works well for our Samsung Q60 Smart TV, and the other remote was VERY USED! The buttons were worn down so the symbols were mostly gone and it was clear that this remote was old junk. WE PAID $20 EACH FOR TWO REMOTES... ONE IS NEW AND ONE IS USED!Seriously bad business practice. So mad that I have to take it for return when I barely have time to eat during the day. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Sorry... end of rant.

Excellent copy of the remote my bulldog found tasty. Feels a little different in hand but perfectly functional, right out of the box. If you have your old remote, match the model number. There are a couple of buttons different that are that important. One version opens samsung tv another version might open roku or hulu.

I don't like that you have to point it directly at tv or it doesn't work my original one you could point it at the floor ,ceiling or wherever and it would work

It’s pretty good for the price. It connects to Alexa on my TV.

GREAT REPLACEMENT FOR OEM CONTROL SAMSUNG Q7 2019 MODEL, WORKS JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL AND PAIRING VERY EASY

I often have to push the buttons repeatedly before anything happens. It's still an improvement over the one that came with my TV; one of its directional buttons didn't work at all.However, the Netflix button somehow freezes the app on my TV so badly that it won't work until I delete and reinstall it. It's bizarre. The remote is functional without that button, if annoying.

The remote quality is goodb and response is smooth, voice assistant works well.

Navigation buttons are not working within a month. No option for warranty. Bought it because it had voice control. Waste of money.

Mic doesn't work. It was clearly written in the description of the product that it has Mic function that's why it is so costly but still it did not work.

Stopped working after a month. Requires pairing daily. No way to claim warranty.Don't gamble on this product, buy something that has warranty.

Some of the button stopped working just after 1 month of buying. Sometime work after pressing hard and sometime does not work at all. Spend some more money and buy original
