This cutting board was a good idea, but the design just isn’t right. It’s hard to handle because it’s too floppy. You want it flexible, but not so flexible that you can’t hold on to it, which this is - like trying to hold jello barehanded. It is dishwasher safe and is a good value, but no matter how many times you scrub it or put it through the dishwasher, it still smells like onions. I’m disappointed.

This board avoids the micro pieces of plastic you get in your chopped food from cutting on a plastic board. It is a bit floppy, but a small price to pay for no plastic

I never thought I would put in so much effort on a cutting board. But since I have, I’ll write a review. The picture is my second and third cutting boards. The first one was like sliding on ice, although the purpose of the cutting board is to have a sharp object in your hand. Totally unsafe and I sent it back. I bought the green one which is OK and workable, however, the red one (this company’s) is definitely non-skid and that is the one I am not only keeping, but ordering a couple more various colors so that I can keep them separate for beef, chicken, and vegetables.

Purchased and loved it, but knife marks showed up and had to throw away and order another. Like that it’s non toxic and doesn’t harbor bacteria or mold, but do not like that it doesn’t hold up to knives, which is the purpose. Only reordered until I can find a better non toxic alternative.

This is an okay cutting board so far, but be aware that upon arrival it had a very strong chemical smell. I washed it multiple times and the odor has mostly subsided, but it makes me question how nontoxic the item really is. That was the whole reason I got it, so it was a disappointment.
