I purchased it for a needy friend with an iPhone. So rFinder app on Apps. Both the paper instructiona & the video show written instructions on the app. The app that downloaded shows a + and when pressed allows ID of the Fob. Then you name the Fob and a screen with the Fob name (red) and a speaker icon presents- it does not say "unconnected".The video instructions say "Click alarm" appears on the screen. No, a speaker icon appears.When pressed, the Fob starts ringing, to turn off alarm the paper instructions say an "I Know" appears, the video says "stop alarm appears, the reality is nothing appears and the alarm keeps beeping. The video does not mention this.The videos and the print insert are missing instructions on removing the battery plastic strip from the Fob.Please update the iPhone app??? or this product is entirely useless with no way to turn off the ringing. Other say the Google Play app has a different name-again not in the instructions. DO NOT BUY this the company puts out a "Got a question" page with no "submit" button! I bought the other similar product too. I have not tried to use it but I expect it to fail as well. garbage

I have one in my backpack Car keys House keys And i managed to fit one on my walletThey work very well and show you the last location of the tag when it was connected to your phoneYou can also ring them from your phone or set them to buzz everytime your phone moves away from these fobsIt’s a life utility and would totally recommend these

Is very complicate for use app, only work with bluetooh, so, if you gone to long place don't track the items, the GPS don't work correctly

We used these at my workplace to keep track of keys for some rental vehicles we were using. Being able to track the keys instead of search for them in a large facility was a big time saver.

The app that these tags use are trash.One annoying thing for me is when you have hook for your keys, you’ll constantly press the button making that annoying beep noise.When you walk away like 10 feet away, it just keeps beeping constantly.

I bought these for an international trip for various bags and I love how small they are to fit in any bag/luggage. They were easy to set up and I like how they come in different colours so you can differentiate which one is for which bag/luggage. It puts your mind at ease being able to see where your bags are if you lose track of them.

This is a terrible product and I’m pissed I wasted my money on this!!!! If you Keys are in the kitchen and your phone is with you in your bed room this thing will randomly over and over again make an alarming noise because it saying your disconnected. I had to disable the whole dog on thing because of that. It will also sound off when you are talking on the phone and will not stop!!! This product it not worth your money AT ALL!!!!!
