So happy I made this purchase!Great quality,Sharp video, motion detection is working awesome!Installation was pretty simple, however, I didn’t read the manual carefully about how to remove it from the mounting bracket. Actually, it is very very simple.The Botslab App working perfectly with my IPhone .

The battery life wasnt great.. the internal battery doesnt want to hold charge.. The Botslab App always logged me out.. Not easy to connect to Wifi .. now product doesnt even work.. Do not recommend this camera at all!!

Great product. Installation is pretty easy and works very good though my cell phone. It can be checked any where and any time. The camera is clear and the door bell is great too.

I really like this doorbell. It was easy to install which is no small thing. However, it arrived missing two parts, the small battery charger and the tool to take it out of the base once installed. Contacted Amazon which ships it and they sent me another. Guess what, missing the same two parts. I kept one because I really like it but I am trying to figure out how to get if off the holder when it needs a charge. I can use the USB charging wire to charge. HOPE THE COMPANY CONTACTS ME WHEN THEY SEE THIS AND AT LEAST SENDS ME THE TOOL TO REMOVE IT FROM THE HOLDER. Amazon says there is a problem with packaging from the supplier. So be aware it might happen to you. Its a shame because I do like it. TODAY IS 5/8/2023 AND NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY HAS EVERY CONTACTED ME. POOR CUSTOMER , ACTUALLY NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have nothing but good things to say about this doorbell. The installation and setup was easy. The menus are very straight forward. The system has facial recognition. Night vision is excellent. 30 ft is about the extent of it's range. At that distance motion detection is hit or miss and details become much more difficult to make out.

Picture quality and sound was good. Phone app for product is not. Stopped working, uninstalled and re-installed and still didn't work. Bought another product.

It functions but has some flaws.First of all the extra chime works nice and is loud enough. The 5Mpixels is a bonus, but the picture has some super sharpening going on in a way that not all of those 5Mpixels are actually useful. although the automatic exposure works fine in the first tenth of a second of a recording, it quickly changes to over exposure during the day, and underexposure during the night. The microphone is super sensitive and could hear things and people that are normally inaudible (you cannot adjust the sensitivity). The person/parcel/motion detection is oversensitive and reports even the slightest movement from a plant in the wind as a person.Also I was expecting to be able to run the bell without internet connection. Well you can, but only the chime works, and the app just refuses to work and you cannot access locally stored recordings or anything else.The blue LED light around the button on the bell always turns itself off and only turns on briefly after some motion is detected.Other than that, it works.they offered a generous refund, which I accepted.

Picks up everything within range, good quality picture and videos, can do face recognition, just wish the tabs weren't made out of plastic, I live in a place where it's cold, in the winter , the tabs broke off now I'm struggling to keep the doorbell on the mount

Not happy with purchase as it seems IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN THE ( POWER PACK ) to charge the door bell . This should be made clearer or at least a link to obtain the pack ! Not happy

Me gusto mucho la calidad de imagen y la app para administrarlo. No me gusto que la distancia del portero al receptor es muy limitada.Si hay muro de concreto no se puede enlazar el sistema. Tiene poco alcance.Lo compré para mi casa y lo acabé regalando a mi hermano que tiene un apartamento más pequeño y le funciona bien.

Funciona bien para detectar movimiento, o como timbre, mucha latencia para responder al timbre, es muy molesto, no es el caso con otras cámaras, entonces si es un problema de esta cámara. Actualización: Perdió soporte con Alexa. Dejó de dar video, No resistió bien la interperie, No recomiendo productos de 360.

Fácil instalación, excelente imagen. Malo: muy lento para utilizarlo para hablar. Regular: la batería dura aproximadamente un mes, y si no tienes electricidad no tienes grabación.
