Dumb Little things - that make It worth trying.
How different can one Harmonica Holder be from others? It’s the little things that made me try this 3rd Holder - and now the main one I use, The Hold Bar is thicker than my others - so, it’s easy to “load” and handle. The curved back piece is a little thicker, so it doesn’t dig into my neck as much …lot more comfortable. And unlike those wing nuts that dig into your fingers to tighten, these have round knobs that are so much easier to grip and turn. Such an improvement! And the overall thicker build makes it feel more durable, while not being clumsy and cumbersome. Makes Loading, And Adjusting much easier and deliberate on stage… And is comfortable when worn for an extended time.

Nice and secure
The folks at K&M must've read one of the previous reviews that suggested putting a star washer in the hinge joint because the one I received came with them. Together with the plenty-large (approx. 5/8") knobs, this rack stays tight and keeps the harmonica nice and secure and in a comfortable playing position. At least for me, and at least for now. And I don't foresee having any troubles with it in my lifetime. FYI, I'm what you might call a mediocre amateur who plays Neil Young and Bob Dylan style harmonica while also playing guitar for my own enjoyment and for my friends (you'd have to ask them if they enjoy it too!). I don't know, maybe if you play blues style you might put more pressure on the rack while playing. I wouldn't know, but this thing works great for me. Worlds better than the old piece of junk I had for 40 years before this one. I really like the design of the hinge joint. It has a piece of Delrin, or similar plastic, that serves as an anchor for the fixed end of the spring that holds the harp, which extends down to the hinge joint where it forms a "Y" with the steel part, and the piece that goes around your neck gets sandwiched between the two along with the star washer to form a non-slip joint. (I can't make heads nor tails of this description on re-reading, so I guess I'd better include a photo to show you what I mean.) The only two things I can think of as negatives are: 1 - I find it difficult to change from one harmonica to another while wearing the rack, which can be annoying since it seems like every song I know is in a different key and I end up changing harmonicas a lot between songs. This is mostly because of the strong spring tension that holds the harp securely though, so I can't really complain about it. 2 - The little beard-hairs just below my lower lip get caught between the harmonica and the rack once in a while, like when I try to change harmonicas without removing the rack from around my neck. OUCH! But it shouldn't be a problem unless you're a scraggly old aging hippie like I am. I just got this contraption yesterday though, and these minor annoyances might well resolve themselves with a little experience. They don't rise to the level of taking stars away from my rating anyway. Bottom line is that this thing does just what it's supposed to do for me and is comfortable to boot. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

Best semi cheap harmonica holder
This is nice looking design, feel tough and it can last. Feel not heavy or light, fit for the harmonica (10 holes only, I don't have a 24 holes ones) don't effect the sound of the harmonica, good price, only flaw for me it is a bit small for my head and at times feel uncomfortable

WORKS AS DESIGNED!
I’m just beginning to play the harmonica. I thought it would be handy to play while I’m painting pictures, but so far I never think of it before painting. I have played it while I am going through my mail. The holder is simple to use and makes it easy to find the correct hole to blow so you can build muscle memory. I can play two tunes that I can now recognize so I have hope that I will get better at this in time.

Nice fit and stays in place well
This harp brace is so much nicer than my old one. Has rubber on the neck yoke which helps to keep it in place while playing. The fit is nicer too, as it holds the harmonica a little closer to the face so I’m not having to make adjustments after I’ve got it set. Just a slight pull and it’s in a good position to play, and a slight push out to keep my lips from bumping against the harp while not in use. I keep the left knob a little tighter than the right knob, which keeps it snug but still adjustable in small increments. Love it!

Not happy with effect on tone and volume.
It’s well-made, and reasonably comfortable to wear as these things go, but I find it really squashes the volume and tone of the instrument. Considering returning it for that reason.

Ottimo prodotto, svolge perfettamente il suo dovere. L'armonica è stabile e la posizione è facilmente regolabile tramite le due viti laterali. Lo consiglio se cercate un supporto armonica fatto bene. 👍
