The axle fit Wright in to the truck.

There was insufficient shipping protection for this heavy product with extruding thin metal dust shields. This is very frustrating. These metal flanges serve important functions in the axel assembly which has very close tolerances under the vehicle chassis. I decided not to try getting a replacement from GPS. I expect that another shipment from them would come to me just as damaged. I couldn't find a way to talk to any representative of vendor. I did email them.

I ordered two of these for a 4Runner. The reviews on Amazon were generally favorable but the bad reviews all mentioned damage in shipping. When my axles arrived, one was in perfect shape and the other looked like it had been through a flood and runover. The odd thing was that the outer box was fine and had no damage. Each axle was in its own original box inside the outer box. The damaged one had water staining and bent and torn parts. Amazon quickly replaced the damaged axle at no cost to me, but I wondered how it ever left the warehouse in that condition. Installation was fast and easy on the 4Runner.

Everything came packaged right? Nothing was damaged. the product fit well and seems to be working as it should. I will definitely buy this for the other side. the only complaint I have would be how long it took for It to ship. I saw on the tracking page that it took 7 days to ship. However, they didn't ship it until the sixthere's no reason why they couldn't have shipped it the first day and I got it three days later.

I disliked the way the product was packaged for shipping.The seal ring was damaged and the box was also damaged.It`s time for better packaging for this product.It`s a good product but to have it damaged is not good.
