The Live Your Values Deck: Sort Out, Honor, and Practice What Matters Most to You

I love these cards, I use them in my therapy practice and clients get a lot from them. The cards are beautifully designed with a short meaning of the word for clarity and understanding. There is a great variety of value cards and the suggested way of using them is very easy to do, prompting a lot of valuable conversation and exploration.

I love these values cards, I’m just studying a course on ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) and they’re really useful for work with clients and they’ve been useful for me to use too. I love the images on each card to make it more inviting to use and interesting. The brief description on the front is helpful and the prompts on the back are great. There’s a helpful little instruction booklet and if you want to learn more about how to incorporate them into work with clients you can delve into ACT. The only thing I’d really add that would be really helpful would be a link to a PDF of a list of all the values along with their prompts so that it’s emailable to clients if you don’t have time to use the prompts in session but could set it as homework. Just my two pennies worth. Many thanks for creating this wonderful deck.

I love these cards. They are sturdy & well illustrated. The main thing, however, are the great suggestions of how to align with each particular value. I also love the practical way to use the pack.I found it difficult to choose just 10 values, as my values are so important to me! Thank you :)

This pack of values cards is great to use with clients to help them see whether they are living life according to their values. Really useful exercise to sort and order them, although do allow enough time as there are many cards and certainly with younger people need many need an explanation.I have one question - why are most blue, some yellow and just one card (ambition) is white? Am I missing something?Thank you!

These cards are so useful for discovering your core values. Beautifully depicted and helpful information on them. Helpful aid for counsellors working with self esteem.

I absolutely love this values card deck. I'm a psychologist and use these regularly with clients, the images on each card are really nice and they have a nice description to elaborate on each value on each card, as well as hints and tips for how to move closer to the values. I would really recommend these. The box they come in is also a really useful way to carry them around
