Fantastic quality and taste.
These wheat berries are fantastic. I’m so pleased with how they’ve baked up and how they taste. The berries were extremely clean (no rocks or dust), and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely buy again!

Non-Irradiated
We tried to sprout wheat berries which we got from our local market that handles bulk bin foods. The berries would not sprout because they had been irradiated. We had no idea what that meant until we tried to sprout the wheat berries over 4 days of soaking... no results. We then went on line and found Palouse organic wheat berries. Ordered several bags of different types of wheat berries with very good results. Will be buying more in near future. Also referred my sister to this brand as we are all starting to make our homemade sprouted grain breads.

Amazing!!!!!!!
This is my second order from Palouse. Everything I have ordered has been shipped very fast. When I received the wheat it was extremely clean, no bugs or debris at all. It smells so good when I grind it. I have baked multiple loaves of bread and other things with it and the difference from store bought flour is unreal! I baked a loaf of honey wheat bread and took it to work for the girls...."This is the best bread I have ever tasted!". That is enough for me! Buy it! You will not be disappointed I assure you. I am looking into other grains and beans that Palouse offers as well. I did not receive any discount or anything for my review. Phenomenal grain and customer service. They reached out to be sure I didnt have questions after both of my orders.

Seems Good To Me . . .
Got what I ordered, since it is the first time for me, I am satisfied. I like the taste and quality of the product - what do I know about wheat though.. I'd say, "you gotta ask a farmer ! "

USA GROWN!!!
Grown right here in the USA in Palouse, WA. I traveled through this region of WA and was amazed at the fields of wheat, grains, legumes and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Palouse actually has a code on the tag so you can track from which field your purchase was harvested. It is a great feeling to know you are supporting US farmers. The Palouse products have always been top quality. Their lentils are a must.

Good Wheat
Package came quickly and was exactly as pictured-- two 5 lb bags of wheat berries. They are clean and tasty. The only reason for the four star instead of five is that I was looking forward to looking up which field these were grown in (per the description), but I couldn't locate the tag that was supposed to have the coordinates on it. Other than that, great product.

High Quality Product!
Very soon after receiving this wheat, as God created it (non GMO), I sprouted a half cup. Almost 100% of the berries sprouted, and it is delicious over a salad, cerial, or by itself. Very high quality, healthy and nutritious product. Review by Delmer G.

Soft wheat berries became moldy while in storage.
I am very disappointed with my purchase. I bought soft wheat berries from this company. I stored them in a dry, cool place. Recently, I smelled something funny in my storage closet and I looked through my supplies. I noticed that the soft white wheat berries were like mush when I picked it up. I was scared to open it up, worried that it had bugs in it. The package was very well sealed. There were mushy moldy wheat berries inside. I assume that the berries were wet when put in the package. I contacted Palouse and told them about this. They requested more information and pictures. I did that. Customer service told me that since it was past the expiration date, they wouldn't send me a replacement or a refund. Wheat berries should last many years. These were only a few years old. I will NEVER buy from them again! I have been baking bread from wheat berries for over 20 years. I have never had this problem before.
