Language and Reading Disabilities (Allyn & Bacon Communication Sciences and Disorders)

Needed this book for a language and literacy disorders class. Every chapter was useful as a reference and I love that the book is smaller than your average textbook so it makes reading on the go more convenient.

If you want to know more about Language and literacy disabilities this is the book you should buy. The book is a little bit expensive but worth it a try.

good book. I liked the strategies. More strategies needed as opposed to more history.

It is great to be able to access my textbook where ever I go. The ability to highlight & and make notes in my iPad while I am I. Carline or waiting at the orthodontist helps me make better use of my time.

98% of the parts were worth the purchase, but the uninteresting parts stood out, but overall a good classroom textbook for language and reading disabilities.

Very interesting information, but if your don't have the previous knowledge, then it gets a little wordy and confusing. Sometimes I just wanted a definition of something.

Some of the chapters are a bit boring. They are not ridiculously long chapters however, and provide a number of resources/assessments that can be used with clients.

It`s very useful for students or researchers who are studying about learning disabilities. If someone is trying to know something about learning disabilities, this book will be a good choice. Therefore, I will recommend it as a tool book because of its detail contents.
