Just as good as any Fox 40, maybe better
I coach Football. Whistles are an every day thing. I have almost every version of whistle Fox 40 puts out. I use them randomly based on what I want to do for the day. I saw this one and wanted it really bad. So I grabbed it. The sound is amazing. It drives across the field with no problem and I get a great echo back. ALSO, one of the best parts is wearing a hat I can turn it so the openings are downward and I dont' get the massive echos in my ears because of the lack of the hole on the bottom and that is the most amazing thing in the whole world. Going home with better hearing is amazing. Something to be aware of is that the mouth hole is slightly larger than normal, so a little more tongue is required to get the proper whistle blast that you normally get with the classics or the rest of the variants like the sonik and epik. But that takes only a few minutes to get used to. Don't be afraid of the metal, it actually still felt really good on my teeth, though I was not chewing on it like I might a normal CMG, I was removing it or holding it with my lips. Holding it with my teeth wasn't something I was doing, yet. But the metal feel was actually still really nice as the channel is really large so it only takes a small amount of pressure and you've got it. Bottom line, I will buy more when I need to.

Great sturdy whistle. The sound is great, perfect grip and best bang for your buck!

Was skeptical because of the high price tag but I would definitely buy it again! Sold Whistle, I use it for football practice everyday. Always used fox 40 whistles. This one has a slightly different sound but still sounds great and definitely loud enough

It's a metal whistle
Got this for law enforcement use. Pros: - Durable - Slightly quieter than the Fox 40 Classic (doesn't make your ears ring) - Flat design is more pocketable/stowable - Attractive Cons: - Solid metal is more likely to chip a tooth if you're running/moving - Uncomfortable if you use your teeth to hold on to your whistle - Metal is not good for cold temps (black metal in the sun probably isn't pleasant either) - Price I'd love a $10 plastic version of this whistle. I went back to using the Fox 40 Classic plastic after using this one.

Smart looking whistle.
Fox 40 has done it again. Another great product. I wish it was just a little louder. Nice a very light weight.
