I’m a normal sized man and a medium fits great. It takes about three nights for the material to relax. You will think it’s a bit small the first night but it will begin to confirm to your head / chin and by the third or fourth night it will be much softer and you will think it was custom made for you.The night it felt very snug and I felt some pressure pulling back on my jaw. Not really uncomfortable, but I was concerned that I might have a small but of jaw soreness the next day. I adjusted the velcro to the loosest position it would go to and I was worried that I should have gotten the Large. But in the morning there was no jaw pain at all and the material was much more comfortable. (It felt like a face-hug LOL). After three or four nights it had relaxed and conformed completely and I even had to snug up the velcro straps a good bit. A Large would be way too large.The stitches on the chin cup did separate but I don’t care. The main seams are solid and truth be told it probably contributed to additional comfort and less jaw pressure.I love this thing. My CPAP is so much more comfortable now and I don’t wake up blasting air out of my open mouth. (I use the nasal pillow style.)

I tried different chin straps. Most were interfering with my ears, slipping off during the night or fraying. This is the only acceptable one, I found.

I use CPAP and was having an issue with my mouth drying out from mouth breathing. I use this in addition to my regular CPAP harness. It gives just enough pressure to keep my mouth closed and also has the added benefit of making my the harness not move during sleep. I am sleeping better and my mouth is no longer as dry. It is comfortable on my head.It works well for a while but stretches, requiring periodic tightening. Look at it as disposable after 4 to 6 months of nightly use.Note: I have a somewhat large head and bought the standard size. It is very big. I would not recommend the large size unless you are an NFL lineman or a silverback gorilla.

This is the most comfortable chin strap I've tried. I did have to wash it twice before wearing for the first time, since it had a lingering smell which was no longer noticeable after the second wash. It does still leave marks on my cheecks like other brands I've purchased, but the marks from this brand do not last long.

My old Chin strap was not longer staying closed so i looked for something better. I saw this product and while it looks huge compared to the old one i was pleasantly surprised how the size had no impact on my sleep. In fact i found it comfortable. I have a beard and it was not itchy at all. My Dreamwear fit over this nicely and did not interfere with it staying under my nose. You can even tighten it on the top as well if you feel your mouth is not staying as closed as you like. I got it because at times my mouth will open and the air escaping can wake up my wife.

Prior to using this device my mouth would sag open and allow the air to escape. This is termed high leakage. Now that I am using the chin strap I no longer have the high leakage resulting in a better night's sleep.

Even after much tinkering with fit, product tends to push jaw back making snoring worse, to get product tight enough to hold mouth closed it either cuts into soft tissue under jaw in rearward position,or in forward position jaw pushback is worse, this product might work in conjunction with a bite guard to hold jaw forward, can not recommend this product as stand alone improvement if your jaw in rearward position closes off your airway

Most masks will stop mouth breathing, but this mask is more comfortable than two others I have used. It is also easier to adjust to your face. I gave it 4 stars because I don' think there is any perfect snore mask available as of now.

total waste of money it is. magnets are not strong enough to make breathing from nose easy. instead it blocks the air. it falls off while in sleep.

I tried it, it didn't work at all, and price is too high for a small product, after getting it I found it worth max 10 Rs and in bulk as company it should cost max 1 Rs

This product is useless. It doesn’t work. Even it doesn’t enhance air flow. Totally waste of money. And it doesn’t have any return policy as well. Totally thugged. I want to give negative star but it was not in the option.

The fit initially is good but then it deteriorates, gets looser after a month's use
