These things really work, on most all species. Only good for 1 day, if you put them back it package then all lures in package get hard. Really hard to get off of hook after drying out, need knife to remove. BUT they really do work GREAT!!!!!

The Product is great but the price is way to high

While the Berkley Gulp are great baits the prices are all over the place! I purchased a pack of 12 three inch (3") for $4.87 which is a fair price. Additionally added a pack of 4" to my order...much to my surprise the 4" with only 8 in the package rang up $10.00! Thankfully I still had time to delete the 4" from my order. I have since found that other retailers hold the price with most sizes and colors. The price can be the same because they have fewer in a package. Just have to pay attention...great product over all.

Just started using this item in the Smelt color. Had a great day at a local pond fishing for bass, pickerel, and bluegills. Schools of bluegills were hammering it and nice pickerel would come shooting for the lure easily.A nice way to have it rigged is Texas style and the perfect retrieve is a subsurface gliding and jerking.The reason why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the craftsmanship. The day I bought them and went fishing, I went through 5 easily. They also dry out if you don't take them off the hook and put them back into the package they come in.
