They are not gummies but they are really easy to chew and they don't taste bad either.

i dont think so. The label says NO wheat, soy, artifcial colors or artificial flavors, I think that if it were sugar free it would also claim that. The ingredient are all in the latin names so one of them may or may not say sugar. I'm neither a linguist nor a chemist so I really don't know.
