GlowShift 10 Color Digital 300F Transmission Temp Gauge Kit, 2-1/16" 52mm

Excellent gauge, fairly easy to install with excellent directions. I suggest buying a few fuse taps to make things easier, and the appropriate gauge mount.

Works awesome, used it on my ls swapped tow right to keep an eye on my trans Temps. Put the sensor in a deep transmission pan, the temp on the gauge matches what the ecm says the Trans temp is perfect and is spot on. 10/10 would recommend and buy again

Installation was easy.had it in and working all lit up and showing temperatures in 30 minutes. I have a 97 dodge ram 1500.I bought 24 years ago. I ordered it from the factory. It looks great and drives like new.I have alot of digital that I installed. The last Trans tem lasted me 25 years and I paid $250 for it.this unit $50 + and you can dem it down, change the colors on it. I recommend it to anyone who like to do their own work on their vehicles. It's simple. And looks cool. A plus if you are towing.

Installed this Glow Shift automatic transmission temperature guage in my 2005 Silverado. It was very easy to install and wire up. The instructions are very easy to follow,,very simple,,and explain everything. Be advised,,this kit comes with a universal temperature sensor. It has a long sensor tip,, made to be installed in a "tee" you will put in,,in the transmission cooling line you will have to cut,,,out near the transmission cooler. Do yourself a favor,,if you have the 4L60E transmission. Call Glow Shift and tell them you need the "STUBBY" sensor for the pressure test port of the 4L60E transmission. They will know what you are talking about,,and for 20 bucks they'll send the "STUBBY" sensor right out to you. Rather than cutting a transmission cooling line,,to put a "TEE" in and possibly having a leak or fire later,,spend the 20 bucks and get the the sensor that screws right into the side of the transmission,, above and toward the front,,where the automatic transmission shifter linkage is bolted on the transmission. You will remove a 1/8"NPT plug(with a 7/16' socket and a 4" extension on a 1/4' ratchet) and screw the "STUBBY" sensor right in place of the pipe plug. Don't use the sensor that is in the kit,,, for the side of the transmission! It will bottom out in the transmission hole,,and ruin the sensor,,or strip out the transmission test port threaded hole when it bottoms out!! Guys,,this really is an excellent guage,,and if Glow Shift makes all their gauges like this one,,,I'm sure that you will be very happy with them. Oh yeah,,,don't forget to put a very small amount of thread sealer on that sensor before you screw it in. Don't worry about the thread sealer affecting the sensor ground,,as it has it's own ground wire. I hope this info helps someone. I was a professional mechanic for 36 years,,,and I believe just about anyone,,with atleast a small amount of mechanical ability can install this kit. You'll love it when you're done!!!

Love these gauges. Have 3 others including this one all glowshift . Easy to install, very easy to read/see. Everyone says there junk but in the 3 different vehicles I’ve had them in I have not had a single problem. Gonna buy more for my off-road truck eventually.

I used a shorty temp sensor in my transmission test port instead of the long one that they provided for my 4l60e short one with give you a better temperature reading but the gauge itself works great

Awesome gauge! Installed in a gauge pod in a 1998 Toyota Tacoma SR5. Looks good. Display is easy to read even in sunlight and is very accurate. Would recommend.
